Picnic tables in right rear.

Creighton Park is just off Dempsey Rd. most of the acreage is grass. there's also a dog park, a swing area and a large children's playground. in the back, there are picnic tables. a bathroom is near the playground.

My wife hosted an event for ~10 families at the park. This park has lots of great attributes. There is a great play area with fun play structures. There is a really nice area with tables and BBQ grills with sun shades that you can reserve. There is a really large open grassy area, bathrooms and a dog park. The only downside was that there is just street parking and if there are a lot of people out, you might have to park down the street a bit. Overall it's a really great neighborhood park.

I yelped parks and came across this park. I was looking for a park with updated play structures, so glad I came across this one. This park has many sides to park but it is not directly by street. The play structure has one entrance which I love. There is a area for a little party or get together which is nice. I arrived on a nice Saturday around noon. There were others here but not too crowded. I love that everyone except little kids wore their mask and properly. There is a big play structure and small one and all the other things are separated which is great. There is a good amount of benches which are also spreaded apart. There is a bathroom which is always a plus at a park. We love this park and definitely will be back. It seems to be a go to neighborhood location.

*REVIEW FOR THE DOG PARK ONLY* This dog park is small and has no grass, so just a heads up if that's a requirement for you and your dog. For me, it is not, hence the high rating. It's well kept and has poop bags and a trash can within the enclosure so that's nice. I saw three other pet owners with their dogs walking around the grass area, but no one came to the dog park so it doesn't seem like many people frequent it. If you're searching for an off leash dog park that is clean and does not have many dogs, this maybe perfect for you. If you prefer a dog park with other dogs for your pup to play with, I'd suggest going elsewhere.

A small but very clean neighborhood dog park.It would be nice if the park had access to some water for the dogs

Beautiful park but not a lot of room for dogs to run and play. Either than that, very pretty and very clean!

***the lake itself is part of a community called HIDDEN LAKE as well***…read more OVERALL: Meh. Wouldn't go out of my way to drive here to walk; therefore the 4 stars rating. Due to being part of a community, there are a ton of guest parking (especially near the gates to this park) BUT if you keep driving, the parking lot for this "park" is on the outside (you turn in with the sign "HIDDEN PARK LAKE" in green lettering/tanish brown background and there are a few spots for you to pick from). Two stairways up to other flat cement ground trails. Very quarry lake vibes but not much water. Lake itself is a smaller circular flat cement ground leveled trail. Regarding up the stairs: One way does end up at another park whereas the other way just ends up in another neighborhood/main road. Lack of shade. Lots of ducks. There's few places to sit. Few trash bins. No visible toilets.

There aren't many cars on the roads between 10am-12noon, so it's a breeze riding a bike around and resting for a hydration stop here. Tiny public parking lot onsite off Milpitas Blvd. Hidden Lake neighborhood have peaceful homes and nice walking paths to get a glimpse of the small lake sometimes filled with ducks. You can easily walk up and down stairways or bike around the neighborhood area near the homes. Yes, there are picnic tables and families do stop to enjoy small gatherings. Hidden Lake Park is not far from retailers/restaurants/grocery stores/fast foods/etc. Convenient. Not many visitors on weekdays. It's always clean when I stop by seasonally for a morning biking routine. The clouds look great outside today, so it wasn't too hot under the sunshine. Overall, good place to chill before continuing onto Milpitas Blvd. where there's bike friendly streets now. Easy to follow the paths and navigate around town.

The most beautiful temple on top of a mountain! It'll make you forget you were in California…read more Parking lot is small, but the wait isn't long. At the entrance, there's a sign that said Stairway to Heaven, so you already know what you're getting yourself into. There are stairs and paths everywhere to explore. Come prepared with water and cover yourself up, since some parts may not have shade. After the initial ascent of stairs, the main area is lush with trees, succulents, and covered with fake lawn. There are statues of gods, demi-gods, and important figures lined up along the edge of the mountain. Jesus Christ also had its own praying areas. I loved that this temple was all-inclusive to believers. The paths are beautifully landscaped and felt so zen with the sounds of windchimes and coolness of the mountain breeze. Everywhere you go was a path to explore. There's incense and a lighter at each statue, but you can also get a bundle from the main house to the right. They don't take any donations, which is so generous. All they ask for donation is water for those who forgot to bring water. You can also light your incense with the candle, but remember to blow it out when you're done to not waste it. To the back right there are bathrooms also - 3 stalls for the women's. Not sure about the men's and I don't think I should know anyway haha. If you continue up the steep mountain, you can make it to various overlooks and to the final house with all the Buddhas on a platform held up by poles. Along the paths, you can see tons of birds, lizards, and squirrels. Looks like they are still building more paths and platforms. It would be interesting to come back and see the progress. Considering no donations, the entire place has really good upkeep. We were able to relax and have lunch at one of their many cute stone tables. We left feeling refreshed and cleansed of the daily stresses of daily life.

I was surprised by how large the park is--over 1,500 acres of open space, rolling hills, and greenery. Our group had a picnic area near the lake, with restrooms conveniently located nearby. There was plenty of room for everyone, including a large grassy area. Even on a Sunday afternoon around 2:30 p.m., there were only two other large groups in the picnic area. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, a nice change from the busy shopping centers, restaurants, and other crowded places around the Bay Area. Since the park is so large, we didn't have time to explore much beyond the picnic area, but the park also offers hiking, fishing, gliding, paragliding and a dog park. Parking was only $6, and we had no trouble finding a space close to our picnic site. Overall, I found this to be a great spot for family gatherings, picnics, and anyone looking to spend time outdoors.
