We have been cocos patrons for years and enjoy all the classics. This time we got the Taro sago, brown sugar boba (very milky), and classic milk tea. Staff was friendly and committed to getting the order right. Good vibes all around!

As well, their drink selection is pretty unique and they have a good mix of milk tea and fruit teas. Keep an eye out for any promotions that they do, as they sometimes come out with cool drinks or merch (for example, several years ago I got a cooler bag and a cup sleeve from a Sanrio collab that they did). They had a Demon Slayer collab a while back where they had these amazing mochi drinks. I went here a few weeks ago with my boyfriend. I wanted to try their crunchy milk tea series but they had run out. I instead opted to try their Lime Green Tea which was great. I particularly like how this one doesn't have a huge wedge of lime inside it. My boyfriend got the Jasmine Green Tea, which he said was just okay. They make the drinks here relatively quickly, which is appreciated as they tend to get really busy sometimes. I did wish the drinks came in a slightly bigger size as the large isn't very big. Overall, this location of The Alley is convenient and makes good quality drinks. Watch out for ordering during peak times as it can get very busy.

I had the Ginseng Summer Lime (small, less ice) and The Alley Trio Milk Tea (large, less ice, less sugar). The drinks and toppings were pretty good. The tapica was pretty chewy though they might have been sitting out for a bit. For the ginseng drinks, I wished that there was a larger drink option (if the small is the only option).

Even though they took down our names, they didn't use it when announcing that the drinks were made. Therefore there were some confusions with people touching the cups to read the names written. Now, the much anticipated drink - Crystal ball frappacino. In store until March 28 only. I read somewhere online that the colours of the sprinkles have different meanings, but nothing was mentioned by the staff. This frappuccino is supposed to taste peachy but I didn't taste or smell anything peach or any other fruits. The drink was frankly bland. Neither my friend nor I actually finished our drinks. It's a good thing that this frappuccino is only served for a limited time.

SPECIAL COVID REVIEW: This part of the Greater Toronto Area is in a lockdown. Restaurants are still…read moreclosed for dine-in. This Starbucks, like any other Starbucks serve their signature drinks! This Starbucks is a tiny little place, no drive-thru, sort of like a mall sized Starbucks. Theres limited parking spots because the liquor store (LCBO controlled by the government for those who don't live in Ontario) is across from the Starbucks. There are stickers on the floor 6 feet apart, the entire counter is blocked by plexiglass, there are limited customers allowed inside, and every customer that enters, everything is wiped down with antibacterial spray on all the door handles and everything (this could just be with the one employee, I only went the one time during COVID, so I can't confirm all employees do this at this location) The service is okay, the drinks taste like they should. 3.5/5

This plaza has Owl of Minerva and Dear Saigon which means we'll likely be going here often. We stopped here on a Sunday after getting food from Dear Saigon and going to B-trust. This place is small and is more of a grab-and-go type of place. They have a little wok behind a glass counter that I assume they use to make tapioca pearls (they weren't making any by the time we got here). I'm not a huge fan of any toppings on my drink but that's a cool fact. They also have fortune sticks on the corner where you can get your fortune read. Also very cool! I got a lychee strawberry soda, which was really good. Usually, a lot of drink places that serve soda drinks don't have a lot of flavour, but I could really taste the strawberry and lychee here. I also don't like toppings on my drinks, but I didn't mind the lychee pieces on here as they were small. My boyfriend got the kirin soy drink. He said it was alright. I would definitely come back here as they have quite an extensive menu. It's also a convenient location near several food joints and a B-trust.

I've tried their Bunny Jelly Mango Smoothie which had no artificial/added sweetener/sugar to it. It's made with fresh mangoes. The bunny jelly was so cute too. I ordered their Lychee Kirin Tea with 0% sugar and it was still refreshingly good. I recommend trying their Signature Brown Sugar Pearl Milk if you've never been here. We ordered a total of 9 drinks and the workers there were so patient with us. It must've been stressful for them but the service they gave was still exceptional. I've also tried Nonna Lia's tiramisus: Earl Grey and Pistacchio ones. The mascarpone filling wasn't too dense. It was creamy, light and airy. Both tiramisus had a delicate sweetness.

It has a sleek, modern look! I got the banana iced latte because it sounded a little different from the usual flavours I see. I'd probably give it a 7/10. It was good, but I'm personally not the biggest banana fan. The banana flavour was actually pretty light, which I appreciated because it wasn't overpowering. You could still taste the coffee, and the espresso itself was really good and smooth. I think if you like banana-flavoured drinks, you'd probably enjoy it more than I did. I also liked that they have a few unique drinks on the menu that you don't see at bigger coffee chains. It's always fun trying something a little different. Service was quick too! They took like 5 minutes to make my drink which I love. I'd definitely come back to try one of their other specialty drinks next time.

I ordered the Scorpio taro coconut slush at 70% sugar level. I was there on a weekday so service was friendly and fast. But the bubble tea was shockingly good, so much I was caught off guard by how much I liked it. I love taro slush and it's hard to find a good one - the coconut in the mix really added to the flavour, and the taro was very fragrant. The slush was thick but flavour was intense. It came with jelly boba, which was a good match. I think I fell in love with it and will be back very soon to try it again. A bit pricey, but I think they run promo's sometimes. When I visited, they had a BOGO on certain milk teas. Their app is ok for collecting reward points, but you can't order on it or even preview the menu so it's kinda barebones.
