The inside has a similar aesthetic to the other locations with the deer theme, brick wall, etc. My favourite drink from The Alley is their Royal #9 and this location made it well! Sometimes, the occasional location doesn't make it with that strong distinct blueberry milk tea taste but my husband and I agreed that this one was on point! This location also looked like it had the full menu like other The Alley locations. Staff here were quick and efficient, which was great as we are used to waiting a while at other locations. The drink was ready in a matter of minutes since we happened to come when it wasn't busy. I would definitely come back to this location when I'm in the area again!

The amount of fries you get with their dollar specials is significantly smaller now compared to the past but are still worth it. The soy minced pork and popcorn chicken are delicious as well. I think the price is right with this bubble tea shop. There are some in hamilton that would charge much more for a simple milk tea but there are also some that would charge less. Things to know... 1. You can order $1, $2, or $2.50 snacks along with your bubble tea. 2. You can mix flavours but they will not guarantee it will taste good. I personally mix taro and strawberry. 3. I noticed that there is a Spicy Master in conjunction with this business, but it was not in service when I visited. I ordered the original egg waffle and a large classic milk tea. The egg waffle I thought was really good; nothing too special, but definitely hit the spot with its authentic flavour and texture. The milk tea wasn't too bitter or burnt tasting, and I thought 50% sugar was a good balance. The egg waffle came in a cute branded sleeve, and the warm milk tea came in a branded glass jar, which were nice touches. For both these items, my total was just over $10 which I thought was a little steep for what I ordered. Especially knowing that I can get two egg waffles for $6 at Pacific Mall; but I really wanted to try it knowing this was the only egg waffle in Hamilton at the moment, so I guess it's fair they've monopolized the market and charge a little more. I appreciated it was one delivery person when ordering from another restaurant in the Westdale area - finally! It always seems they end up adding another driver. This has nothing to do with the restaurant just a bonus if you use Uber Eats. I can't comment on the ambiance yet as I haven't visited the location but hope to soon!
