The ambiance is charming without being all stuffy, and the coffee is really good, not too acidic like some places. Also, the desserts aren't too sweet, which surprised me. Servers are great and try to go above and beyond. Just as an aside, Market Square seems to have been hit really hard by the pandemic. Most shops have closed up or aren't doing too well. So please come out and try to support some of these small businesses, they really need our help! I was there later in the day, around 5:30pm and noticed that they still had a lot of Bake Code items that were available. At a lot of other locations, it starts looking really empty in the afternoon. My tea was excellent. I like it at the half sugar level. They've started giving out paper straws with their drinks so if you don't prefer these, remember to bring your reusable straw! They do take a bit of force to poke through but just remember to commit to your stab. :)
