Okay, so let me be a bit more specific: By reasonable prices, I mean reasonable by non-sweatshop standards. These are not cheap clothes (prices seem to run in the $70 to $200 range), but consider that people are actually making a living designing and making them right here in the city, and then get out your wallet and pay what well made, unique clothes are actually worth. Or if you have to, wait until August and February and hit the sales. By real-world array of sizes, I mean there are plenty of Extra Smalls on the racks, but there are also Extra Larges and even one or two XXLs. The owner told me that she tries very hard to have something for everyone. Now, I'm a size 14/16ish, right between regular and plus size. Most stores (whether regular or plus size) have a depressing lack of selection for me, but I've been able to find lots of pieces to choose from at Fresh Collective. Most of the sales staff are the designers and artists who make the clothes and jewelery. These are the people I want to support so they can make more beautiful things for me to choose from.

The staff was great. The group of guys who worked that day were all friendly and engaging. They were pushy and very helpful. The store is kind of enormous with tons and tons of stuff, mostly clothing (men's and women's) with other cool accessories, bags, shoes, etc. They had a lot of cool Toronto t-shirts there perfect for the tourist like me and the local who wants to rep their city. Prices were reasonable to slightly high depending on how you gauge things. I could have definitely bought more here but I was trying to watch my budget- I couldn't blow all of my money on my first shopping trip. This is the perfect place to pick up a gift for someone, whether that someone is you is to be determined. And if I'm in that part of town when I'm back in Toronto, I'll be back for sure.

There is still one picture posted of the old tiny store. This new showroom is bigger and packed with new items. They now sell all kinds of products and hardware like their display tables and all kinds of nick knacks. It was always the brands that got me hooked on Neon -- Vans, Converse, Doc Martens and now Kodiak boots along with clothes from Element. Their latest signature line is from Fjällräven Kånken in Sweden where everything they make is a hit, all killer and no filler sort of thing. Expensive, but worth it for anyone who is active. Some of their products are more technical in nature but the colours and styles are outstanding and tasteful. They winter coats and jackets make sense for our climate and eschews the down overkill of what you normally see on the streets of To. Neon, glad to have you back!

(im fully willing to accept that im projecting the anger felt about my fat dome.) anyhow, they had those fargo hats with the flaps in a few different styles, some simple bowl toques that are in style these days (overpriced anywhere you go in my opinion) and a few caps here and there. all pretty cool and though not all styles agreed with me (we are talking taste wise here not swelled noggin), it was nice to see the variety. for about 60 or so dollars you could pick up a leather belt with an impressive buckle. the beauty of this belt is that once youve picked the right leather, first of all you can mix and match, because the belts and buckles are sold separately, and secondly, you can always come back for an alternate buckle (or buy as many buckles as you like at the same time i suppose). there were some really cool baseball tee shirts with those 3/4 arms that were very very thin and weathered in some way where patches of it looked thicker in material and some parts were much thinner. great shirt, but itd be a shirt id wear once in a while when i knew i was doing something nowhere near related to a game of baseball. the long sleeve collared shirts also stood out to me, with varied styles, nice patterns and fabrics. the jackets seemed not to stand out in the same way. all in all, i enjoyed this shop, will come here again, probably to buy a belt first and i look forward to their continued success.

I usually take advantage of their sales that happen once or twice a year as their regular priced items are more pricy. However, I do occasionally go for their basics which are of high quality. The store layout is spacious. Some clothes can easily be unisex. Staff are always friendly, professional, and helpful. If you want to try on clothes, they will also set aside the clothes for you in the changeroom area so that you can continue to browse. There is also a sofa in the changeroom area if you are waiting for your friends to try on clothes as well. If you do end up buying clothes they give you a nice tote bag for your purchased clothes. Overall, a nice spacious clothing store selling sustainable and ethical high-quality clothing. The staff are great and friendly as well. I was really excited about the opening of a Burberry store in Toronto, since the selection at Holt Renfrew tends to be limited. The men's section occupies the first floor and the store does get most of the collection offered on-line or in their US stores. In my opinion, Burberry is the perfect place to build your wardrobe with classic pieces. Staff are friendly and attentive without any of the attitude one might expect from a high end retail store. I love that staffs would introduce themselves, allow me to browse the store peacefully and available when I need some assistance. Several times they went out of their way to search the stock room for a particular size or item in stock but not currently displayed in the showroom.

Never have I experienced anything like this. I didn't want to give her commission - soon as she smelled my resistance to purchase with her, she literally wouldn't show me the size on the trench coat and at some point turned the jacket and held it to her chest.. Don't need to be treated like that and don't need the trench coat because nothing comes at the price of my dignity. Done with Burberry and their hostile approach.
