Had a very pleasant experience dealing with Saint J. We were shopping for the Outback. I contacted seven New England dealers online. Received the lowest price from Saint J Subaru. Nobody could even come close to their price. I had to drive three hours to pick up the car and deal with MA RMV on my own but it was still worth it. Overall experience was great. Put the deposit on the phone and went to pick up special order car in 2+ months. John M - internet sales manager was extremely helpful and responded to emails promptly. He kept me up to date with the delivery date and etc. Saint J is where I will start with all my future Subaru needs. Don't bother with NH or MA dealers. read more

In the market for a used toyota, we followed a lead up to St J's. Questions about condition with the unseen parts of the car (brake pads, rotors etc) were met with a declaration "the car has been service to meet the standard". We were told the rotors were machined. The brakes were "crunchy" but given the notice of the rotor repair, we expected to replace the front brake pads ourselves. The dealership happlily took our money and we headed to our reputable, honest, long standing Toyota Dealership to hear the horrible news. Not only were the brakes needing pads, the entire rear brake elements needed replacement, the front brakes needed pads and machining. In addition, the bushing arms and related parts needed replacement. Our Toyota service department was shocked that the car was sold without these having been addressed. The extra expense was large. Our service tech said if this happened with a used vehicle they sold, the sales department would make sure there was a remedy-as that would be the decent and right thing to do. St J's refused to help and hid under the "we meet the minimum standard and do not look at the car after initial service upon intake". The sales manager even suggested that our local service lied about the condition and made up the story about it needing repair to be safe. Furthermore, the sales manager suggested that we could be in cahoots with our service tech to bilk St. Js out of money. All we were looking for was to have some honest recognition of the condition they foisted upon us and take some financial responsiblity to the tune of 1000$, certainly a sum that a highly profitable dealer could cover. You would think trying to preserve a reputation was worth it. Apparently not and they are probably still laughing at us. Bottom line, if you visit St. J's auto for a used car know that they set the bar very low with the "minimum" standard as cover to sell problematic cars at jacked up prices. They are cheats in our eyes and had no decency or class to acknowledge their misdeeds. Avoid their shift sales techniques or get taken advantage of like us. I did not feel any pressure from our salesman that was Anthony. He went above and beyond to help me get out of a lease on a different vehicle before it was up. Because of our situation, we had planned on going back the following Monday to finish up what we needed to do. WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER! It was my fiancé's first time buying a car, and they completely took advantage of her. They sold her the car she wanted( for asking price), but also $8,000 worth of protection to go along with a $23,000 car. (a 2021 with 34,000 miles). After she bought and I realized what had happened, I came in and their response was "well, she signed everything." They knew they had screwed her but didn't care because they thought it was a done deal. Turns out the screwed up and she didn't, so all the extra BS they added on was quickly taken off. Once we got the car home and realized 2 of the all season tires included (in was on winter tires) were no good. When she came back to ask if she could just have 2 tires that would pass inspection, the manager claimed they don't guarantee the tires that come with it, because the winter tires were good. Complete con artists, stay away and buyer beware. read more

St Jay Subaru, where "offer" doesn't mean offer... Since my elderly sister is no longer able to drive, she asked that I assist with the sale of her 2020 Subaru Legacy Limited with 13,600 miles. Since it can be difficult to privately sell high value cars, we decided to sell to a dealer and St Jay Subaru seemed the logical choice since that is where the car was purchased and serviced. Using their website tool from Kelly Blue Book we answered a few basic questions about the car and quickly received an online quote with words like "Congratulations", "Instant Cash Offer," "redeem", etc. St Jay Subaru contacted us almost immediately and after some discussion and phone calls about our challenge to deliver the car and arrange a ride home an appointment was made. During the phone calls there was a brief discussion about the offer, which I understood was contingent on the car being as described, and about which I had no concerns because the car is three years old with 13,600 miles - like new, plain and simple. The online email offer states: "If the information you provide about the vehicle differs from the dealer inspection, the Offer amount may be decreased." Again, I understood this, but had no concerns since the car was as described - literally perfect with no accidents, damage or mechanical issues. During my phone conversation with the St Jay Subaru representative it was never suggested that the quote might be revised downward. Unfortunately, that's exactly what happened. When we arrived they offered $1100 less than the online offer we had received. Their explanation was that the Kelly Blue Book tool on their website is a third party and by inference they are not responsible for the offers, which is disingenuous since they pay a fee to participate in the KBB system and promote it on their website, implying that its binding. I was stunned and furious. I felt we had been lured to the dealership under false pretenses and because of the distance we had traveled and the inconvenience to which we had put others to arrange a ride home, we felt trapped. I realize now that I was naive, but it was disheartening that St Jay Subaru lived up to the most negative stereotypes of car dealerships. So, the point of this rant is to let others know that the offer amounts obtained through the St Jay Subaru website to purchase your car are meaningless. I have purchased two new Subaru's from St Jay and expect to upgrade this year. Needless to say, I won't be purchasing again from St Jay Subaru. read more

My first experience with the StJSubaru sales dept. 6 years ago was bearable, resulting in a " fair " lease agreement. Several attempts to upgrade the lease terms since then were unsuccessful and seemed very much like the classic bait and switch tactic. The increased pricing, disingenuine sales methods, and exorbitant loss of equity forces me to do business elsewhere. The service department earned high marks for being reliable and always meeting expectations, but much like the products..... just too expensive and not a good value for the dollar spent. Subaru makes great, dependable cars, albeit they are overvalued. StJSubaru does not make purchasing a vehicle a positive experience, and I would not recommend the dealership to anyone. read more

After moving from MA to northern NH I needed to find a new dealer to service my 2021 Crosstrek limited. After doing research I found that your dealership was highly recommended among Subaru owners. Not just on Google reviews but on Subaru forums and groups. I chose to drive the 1:20 minutes to have my routine service of OFL and tire rotation. I was informed I needed an alignment which was covered under warranty. This is an important service on your tires, as it will save you money down the road from buying new tires and possibly other issues. Subaru service was on the ball keeping my safety in mind. Thank you again for taking great care of my Trek. Look forward to future services. Okay, Yelp censors, get it together. I updated this review from 2014 by relating the NEW experience we had with the same folks in 2018. Yelp just notified me that they removed the update because 'The update feature should be used to post about a new experience or interaction with a business.' The folks at this dealership are kind, knowledgeable and professional, and have always been attentive every time I've been in (for two purchases, inspections, oil changes, tire change out, etc), and held my hand through every step of the way, being a very cautious buyer. While honestly I would have purchased a Subaru anywhere I could find the best deal (originally), the follow through and deal itself were pretty amazing, and financing options as well. Having moved here from DC several years ago, the convenience of having a local dealer that offers a loaner for local travel and washes your car is definitely extra, and the showroom and lounge are very pleasant. I don't have a bad thing to say honestly, people come from miles away to be entrusted with their vehicles and service. read more

Sales: I've twice seriously inquired about new vehicle purchases at St Jay and both times utterly unimpressed. I've noticed over both occasions that there are lots of excuses and number games played on pricing. Both times I've purchased a new subaru I've opted not to progress past the inquire stages of the process due to the sales reps overall lack of interest in selling me a car. I was looking at base models so maybe that was why or that was impression I had. Maybe if I was looking tom a fully loaded mode I'd receive more interestI ultimately purchased elsewhere and will no longer waste time even checking into what they have to offer. Service: I serviced my car there from 2018 until 2019. Overpriced as dealerships are but they overall did a wonderful job. In 2019 my heater went on my car (burnt wiring harness due to cheap wiring, common amount many manufacturers). Subaru covered this under warranty. Nice right. Well when I received my car back my touch screen had mars. Under the dashboard was scratched and I found melted black plastic on my armrests from where it was melted to heat shrink the connections. I contacted St Jays service team and heard 0 back. When I traded my vehicle with another dealership I was dinged for these and lost money in my trade. They are more than happy to beg for 5s on Service reviews for Subaru of America surveys but when they legit mark up your car they do not receive. I was also turned off that on at least two occasions when coking in for routine service I was harassed by sales reps on trading my car. I'm in for service and not sales. If I wanted to purchase I would come into the showroom. They also lost me during the heater repair when they attempted to up sell me into a full loaded outback by way of sales guy and loaner. I wanted my car serviced not to be sold too. I personally wouldn't recommend them for either sales or service. read more

During this corona virus pandemic we were not happy with the purchase we made for a used subaru. First we were kept waiting outside with no covering and it was snow/rain. Finally after about a 1/2 hr, after we complained we were led to a service bay that had a desk and a couple of chairs. At least an hour negotiating the price then another hour for financing. At that point I entered the service dept and asked to use the bathroom. Nice area with couches, chairs vending machines and one person sitting watching the TV. I understand about restrictions because of pandemic, but how come the gentleman getting was able to sit inside in a comfortable environment and we were at made to stay out in the cold? I hate dealing with car salesmen, but this was the worst experience ever and I am older. read more

Within the past 3 weeks we have been experiencing problems with our power steering pump/belt. We had called the third party warranty provider and made 100% sure we were able to schedule an appointment to resolve our problem. We made said appointment and showed up only to be told our concerns were not valid and they would not fix our pump/belt. Considering every employee in the dealership made us feel like idiots, i guess i am sorry to say that we had valid concerns for our safety(since it is our daily driver vehicle), which no one else shared. The belts are intertwined with the alternator's. So, hypothetically, if my car broke down on the backroads, i would be screwed. To know that this dealership would think that their customers would conjure up problems just to get free parts (and accuse their customers of so) is just utterly bizzare. We will NOT be coming back to here. EVER. The lack of customer service is irreverent. I do not understand why they would be so rude and accusatory towards their customers. Why would i take a day off from work to drive out of my way only to be told that i am lying about a severe issue with my vehicle?? read more

I never thought a car-buying experience could be as smooth, comfortable and positive as this. We got a great deal on a used Suby; the price was actually significantly below the median of the range suggested on KBB and had new brakes, a fresh oil change and a new set of Nokian tires. I did my homework and while the offer on the trade was lower than I had hoped but still within the expected range. When you factor in the effort they put in to reconditioning their used stock, I feel it is a win for the customer. The people were friendly, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. I wish they weren't so far away, but you can bet when the time comes to look at cars again, they will be the first place I check! read more

On my last visit to the dealership, I was treated very well. I emailed ahead to let them know I would be there at a specific time. Although there was no sales person ready to see me (It was a pretty busy day at the end of their summer sale), I was seen within 10 minutes of my arrival. I have to say that Willum Smith, the sales person with whom I dealt, is very knowledgeable, respectful and did not exert any pressure on me to either buy or lease any vehicle. He did not treat me like a "little old lady" who knew nothing - I always do my homework and have been the main car purchaser/leaser for my family for over 30 years. He showed respect for what I knew and quickly answered any questions I had. He did not play the "salesman game" of having to see his sales manager, getting a price, forcing me to haggle, etc. The car I wanted was not on the lot, but arrived within 2 weeks of my signing papers. The paperwork process was pretty painless, although for time saving, it would have made sense for the sales person to offer me the interior/exterior finish package rather than the sales manager. Then the car would have been ready immediately upon my signing all necessary paperwork. As it was, we had to wait about 1/2 hour extra for the finishes to be applied. All in all, I am very happy with my experience here - Very different from my first visit about 6 years ago when there was a sense of desperation about the sales people and almost harassment when I decided not to purchase that day. read more

Treat St J Subaru like the Black Plague, run away and never go near it. These people are horrible crooks who will rob you of your time and money whenever they get the chance. I made an appointment and took my subi in for a bunch of manufacture defects and warranty work. I made sure to let them know that I needed a loaner car because the work was going to take a while, when I get there they seem to have lost that info, no idea that I needed one, despite making sure they knew when I made the appointment, leaving me to sit and wait around until one came back. I tell them all the things that are broke on the car. They fix the recalls but don't fix any of the other problems that I brought it in for, instead try and sell me tires and an overpriced oil change. Despite doing LITERALLY nothing to my car, they hand me a bill for $120 saying it is a charge for "diagnosing" my car, the diagnostic where they couldn't see the issues I was describing (so evidently I am just a lier and those problems don't exist). And despite DOING NOTHING and FIXING NOTHING, they want to charge me a bunch of money. I walked out and went to talk to the manager of the dealership. After the clerk went and told him that I wanted to talk, he and some salesmen in the glass walled office just sat there and stared at me while I waited. At that point I just left. Dealing with St J Subaru has been easily the worst dealership experience of my life. I will never buy another Subaru again because of them. I wasted $34,000 on one and it was a giant mistake. I won't do it ever again. Forget Subaru! They are trash. And St J Subi sucks. Avoid these crooks. read more

We saw a car online and called to confirm its availability. The dealership said it was available so my husband and I arranged a day off together. At 3:00 pm, the day before our planned visit to the dealership, my husband called to confirm the car was still there and was told it was. The next day we drove 90 minutes to the dealership. While en route, we got a text message reminding of our appointment that day. When we got there, we were told that the car had been sold, but they had another one, at a different location for $1000 more. Apparently, a lead is more valuable than customer satisfaction. Well, in this case they didn't get either because I'm extremely angry that I wasted a day off driving 3 hours for nothing and would not buy so much as a postage stamp from that dealership. Everybody wants to know how well you liked St J Subaru but no one knows what to do if there's a problem. My wife and I purchased a used Buick Encore from ST J Subaru in November of last year. Two weeks later the change oil light came on and she took it to another service area (closer to home) where they told us the fill plug was stripped and they couldn't do it. It took a few phone calls to get through to our salesman (Sam) and he told us he'd check with his manager and get back to us. After we didn't hear back and couldn't reach him by phone, I managed to get hold of Nick Luster who made the financing arrangements; he assured me they would fix the problem and to schedule with Sam who was coordinating Service. I scheduled an appointment, and they did fix the oil filler plug, but when I asked about the check engine light, I was told it was something in the compression. I asked what the next step on that would be and got told "dunno, guess you'll have to take it next door to the Buick Dealer" I left off my receipt for the NH inspection that they said they would reimburse, and headed home thinking: 'I've purchased a used vehicle with limited warrantee, guess I'm on my own from here'. Two days later I had a call from a lady following us to make sure I was 'thrilled with my service experience'. I told her I wasn't and went through the details of my experience so far. She was appalled and spent the next 20 minutes taking notes to pass on to her supervisor and the manager for follow up 'cause this isn't the way they do things. Never heard back. A week later I got an email from a sales manager wanting to make sure I was happy with my experience with St J Subaru. I figured, what the heck, and called him back and told him about my experience, the lack of response from them and asked if there was any point in pursuing issues with them. He assured me this was not right, and he would follow through with Chris (the General Manager), who was unfortunately unavailable at the time I called. Two weeks later, still hadn't heard anything so I called and reached Chris after a couple of tries. Went through the details of my experience and inquires as to what exactly they were warranteeing on the vehicle, was it even worthwhile to bring it back to service, and asked about the inspection reimbursement which got lost somehow. He assured me he would research the issues and get back to me, but it would probably take him a day before he had any answers and he'd get right back to me. That was Thursday morning, it's now the next Wednesday, and I give up. read more

I would advise people to steer clear of this place. I found a vehicle on their website that I liked and decided to call to get more information and start the purchasing process because I live 72 miles away from this establishment. After hearing what Scott had to say I decided that I would like to go through with the purchase and make the trip to finalize everything at the dealership. Scott informed me of the possible amount of my trade in vehicle and I made sure to clarify that the trade in value of my vehicle would suffice for a down payment if the inspection of the vehicle was adequate. I drove there and met with two associates. I couldn't tell you who they were because they failed to identify themselves. The associate I ended up talking to showed me the vehicle and I identified stains on the ceiling of the vehicle and a crack in the plastic part of the front bumper that were not shown in the pictures or communicated in the description on the website. When I asked if they could show me some other vehicles they turned up the pressure and asked me "can you tell me why you are no longer interested in the vehicle you showed interest in over the phone?". I asked them to run the numbers and find out what my payment would be. Returning after a few minutes of discussing with the bank, I'm assuming, the associate returned and showed me the price breakdown along with what my trade in value and monthly payments looked like. The monthly payment they showed me was about $80 more than what the person on the phone told me. Even after quoting me the possible trade in value of my vehicle (which was the exact value that the gave me). Instead of simply saying that my trade in vehicle wasn't enough of a down payment to reach the payment I was looking for they told me that I didn't understand what they were telling me and that my trade in value WAS a down payment. They failed to simplify the information they were giving me and made me feel like I was the one who didn't understand. I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. read more

The salesman was very knowledgeable and honest with me about the few issues the car had. We worked out a great deal to have the maintenance he suggested done in house before I cam to pick it up. We got a Subaru Forester from this dealership about 5 years ago. The engine blew at 76,000 miles. I don't blame the dealer for that. They gave me a reasonable trade allowance towards another vehicle. I had a very positive experience with the initial sales rep Wilum who wanted to make sure the customer was happy and was "willing to earn your repeat business". I was then handed off to James. I traded toward a used Forester with fewer than 30k miles. Overall I was satisfied with the deal. We saw one obvious defect that we asked to be repaired and they agreed they would fix it if we brought the car back later that week. We brought it back and it was fixed cosmetically. We bought the car on a spring morning in June. The car was dirty and covered in pollen when it was shown to us. Clearly we were too trusting that the dealer also had our interests in mind. After we signed the paperwork, the car was washed by the dealer. We packed up our kids and drove home after more than 4 hours on the lot. We got the car home and upon inspection found a few cosmetic scratches. Not expensive repairs here (and that's really not the point of this). My wife was supposed to ask to have the scratches touched up when the car went back for the minor bumper repair, but she forgot to do that. I emailed James to ask if they would fix those minor issues. The emailed reply from James was, "Your wife did not mention the additional scratches we did however fix the scratches that we had agreed to. We have fulfilled what we agreed to when we made the deal so any additional work would be your responsibility." My problem with this dealership isn't the product, it's the service and lack of commitment to the customer. They want your money, not your business. You can buy a Subaru anywhere. If you think you can trust this dealership after the purchase, you're wrong. Buyer beware. Once the deal is made, you're on your own. read more

Bought a 2012 Subaru Impreza out of state. After I moved to St. Johnsbury I took the car in because I've had to add oil - 3 different times while on long trips. This is in addition to regular oil changes. Last time was late at night in the middle of nowhere. Dealership is insisting on a second oil consumption test because the first had inconsistent results, although it's known that this car needs a new engine. The head mechanic himself told me that they have done ring jobs for this model and are now replacing the engine with a "short block," whatever that is. My car is just 2 years old with less that 26,000 miles on it and has been well taken care of. Inexcusable service! read more

I stopped into this dealership while visiting my sister as my husband had informed me my old Subaru had not passed the smog certification in my state. I just wanted to look at a few models as I have had my current Subaru for 12 years. I only wanted to sit in the vehicle to gage size and site lines. I told the salesman that I probably could not purchase the car here as I lived out of state. He said he had to check to see if he could unlock a vehicle for me to sit in. While he checked I looked at the models in the lot I was interested in. He never came to find us. I went into the dealership to find him and he fold me he could not open up a vehicle for me...but said I could sit in one model in the showroom and the just basically ignored me. Mind you this was mid week and the dealership was not busy. I have been a loyal Subaru owner for 20 years and I had told the salesman such. The treatment I received here was terrible and Subaru USA will be receiving communication from me regarding this! Wish I could give negative stars. read more

BUYERS BEWARE! I purchased a 2013 Subaru Impreza Sedan on Sept. 18, 2017 for over $15,000 with "good faith and a Vermont State Inspection Sticker there wasn't any issue with this vehicle per Kurtis Clough/Salesperson. Kurtis had stated the "Service dept." goes all over it and fixes any issues or they wouldn't put a State of Vermont inspection sticker on it. Unfortunately, I have been proven wrong! On Sept. 19, 2017, I was heading back to Maine on route 2 and I could smell something burning and pulled over @ 3:35 pm. I could see smoke coming from the right front passenger side. I called St. Jay Subaru and was put in contact with Corey in the Service Dept. At this time I went around and around on who was going to tow this vehicle back to St. Jay Subaru. I was 1st told to call for towing since I had this service on my insurance and after a conversation with Corey, " I felt that I should not be responsible for towing services or repair since I just bought this car the night before," I was given the phone number for "Subaru Roadside Service," but since the car was over the mileage for this service, I would have to contact St. Jay Subaru for authorization, which again I spoke with Corey. With a lot of pushback on both parties and finally an ok from the Manager, I was told by Corey they would be responsible for towing & repair. The towing service was called. I had received a call from the towing service a tow truck was coming back from Augusta Maine and I would be towed in a couple of hours. By the time the tow truck got to me it was now 7:30pm. I now have been on the side of the road for 4 hours and never got back to my parent's house in East Burke, VT until 10:30pm. This seems like a very long time to be broken down beside the road since I was only 39 miles away from St. Jay Subaru! All this because of a seized caliper which could have been prevented if the vehicle was serviced before it left the lot. On 9/21/2017, I received a call & email from Nick Lussier there had been an error on my paperwork with the bank and they wanted new forms signed. I had signed the new paperwork and transferred the title of my car that was a trade in to St. Jay Subaru and sent the paperwork back on 9/25/2017. During all this I had spoken with Nick and asked about a noise that I was hearing that sounded like something was loose. You could hear it more on uneven roads. I was informed by Nick he would speak to the "Service dept." and get back to me. On 9/26/2017, I received a call from Nick Lussier asking if I had sent the paperwork back and which I told him that I had. I asked Nick if he had spoken with the "Service dept." about the noise that I was hearing coming from my car. I was told by Nick; the noise I was hearing must be because I had hit a pothole and something came loose. "First of all I was taught at an early age of driving not to hit potholes if I can help it!" I had informed Nick; that was not what was causing the noise, I had taken it to Subaru in Bangor, Maine and their findings are; it's because the left Wheel Bearing is bad (internal failure), Exhaust pipe is cracked near muffler flange ¾ of the across, will need muffler assembly and possibly center pipe due to flange being rusty and corroded between center pipe and muffler, Mode Cable for Heater Controls hard to move possible bent cable and after further inspection, this car has "Failed Vermont Emission Test on 6/8/2017." What has caused this "Emission Test to fail?" I find this very odd because this car was inspected 6/8/2017, Station #1394. After speaking with Nick Lussier who said he was taking notes and stated; How could it since it does have a Vermont State Inspection on it? Nick Lussier stated; he would look into this and get back to me. This was on 9/26/2017 and it is now 10/4/2017 and I have not heard from anyone at Subaru in St. Johnsbury, Vermont. I now have a car that I have purchased for over $15,000.00 from St. Jay Subaru in St. Johnsbury, Vermont that is unable to pass an "State of Maine Inspection or State of Vermont Inspection." I am looking for a resolution to fixing the problems stated above with out any cost to myself. The issues above should have been addressed at the time of the State of Vermont inspection. I am unable to travel any distance with this vehicle due to the danger of the "Wheel Bearing failure." I am asking that all service is to be done by Subaru of Bangor, Maine. I expect contact within 48 hours of this email with resolution. ******UPDATE**** 11/13/18 My car is now at Subaru in Bangor ME, it is going to cost me $1,700 to fix an electrical issue that should have been fixed when Subaru of St. Jay had my car. We went to St. J Subaru searching for a used car. Our salesman, though new to Subaru, was polite and helpful for most of the day. We agreed on a price, and he brought us the final paperwork, pointed at the final number. Then he went back to his office, and returned, saying he'd made a mistake, and the actual price was $1000 more than what he'd quoted. We wanted to pay cash, and had been very upfront about that all day. He'd quoted us the financing price. We asked to see his manager, Mike. The salesman was apologetic, but the manager was not willing to do anything to make amends for the mistake. Mike claimed that the paperwork was clear, and implied that we were at fault for misinterpreting the price. Obviously, it was not clear, because his salesman also "missed it." The mistake was on their part. Mike did not offer to meet us halfway, or throw in a free oil change or even a Subaru sticker. They didn't own their mistake, and showed no interest in keeping us as customers. We will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. Their customer service was terrible when it mattered most, and we felt unwanted and disrespected as customers. Not to mention they lost a sale based solely on Mike the sales manager's behavior. read more

I had a key fob replaced over a month ago and they got my information from the work order and have not stopped calling me to buy a new car from them since. First day I went in to test drive a couple of vehicles with a splendid sales rep named Tom. Second day I went back to drive another car but ended up with Rose... hands down, the WORST sales person I have ever met in my life. Right off the bat she was cold and unsmiling. We took a test drive together but try as I might, she was unwilling to enter into any sort of friendly conversation with me. Was unable to answer most of my questions about the car, stating that she "doesn't normally sell the type of car" I was interested in. Afterward we barely talked pricing but there was ZERO willingness on her part to negotiate, even in the tiniest amount. After I decided we would not be buying she simply WALKED AWAY from me... no pleasantries or 'have a nice day' or 'I'm sorry we couldn't work out a deal' or anything. If anyone goes to this dealership make sure you don't end up with this extremely rude person. Wish I could give this rating less than one star, what a yucky experience. read more

Worst dealership I have ever been to. These people only want to steal your money and then never have to deal with you again. I was sexually harassed by my car salesman after the sale was finalized. I ended up contacting the state police and reporting the incident. The day after I finalized the deal, the car wouldn't start and continued to not start several times after. I contacted the manager and they didn't fix anything nor did they want to. I live well over an hour away and had to make multiple trips there, on top of the awful experience I had with my salesman and the car they sold me days before. They refused to compensate for my troubles or fix anything that was wrong with the car. I also didn't receive an apology for the harassment or the bogus car, instead I had to deal with a slightly defensive manager. Take your business somewhere else, don't waste your time or money going here. Better customer service at McDonalds. read more
