I gave my information and tracking # to local USPS office and at 2:41 PM I received a call back after they investigated. Turns out the deliver driver accidentally left the package at a neighbor's house. USPS was able to track the package to the exact door using GPS, and by 2:46 PM I had my package back. Everyone makes mistakes so I can't fault the delivery. However, I was definitely impressed by the polite team that followed up to help me locate the missing package!

They don't seem to understand that without evidence of a receipt I cannot prove that I took my package to the post office and dropped it off. I dropped off the package on Monday 11/29. The package today Friday 12/3 is still showing as if I am still in possession. It has no scans not even a scan that they have it. The two customer service agents were literally NO help. And one had an attitude when I went in to inquire. She was extremely nasty. The only thing they could say is if you left your package it was scanned. The rude young lady at the front even suggested that I didn't bring my package in "nobody else has complained about their packages not being scanned." I'm telling you don't do business here!!

I think the comment from the UPS guy was "Yeah, UPS doesn't really do that very well, they try to discourage it by being really expensive." So there you have it. The listed delivery address on the package was already correct and current, yet someone at UPS decided to override it on their own. This was completely unacceptable, especially because the items I ordered were time-sensitive and the unauthorized address change caused a major disruption to an event being held at my home. I fail to understand why a UPS dispatcher would take it upon themselves to redirect a package without the recipient's consent or verification. This situation reflects a serious lack of accountability and poor customer service. Customers should be able to trust that their packages will be delivered to the address they actually provided -- not an outdated address chosen by someone else at UPS.

This is a small location and today had one staff person "available". I went to send an item back to…read morea store and arrived with my label and box ready. There was a man being serviced when I arrived. The associate did not say a word when she returned from the back to see me standing in line. Not a single greeting. It was the end of her shift and she had already let the man she was servicing know and he told me before she returned from the back. It was 3pm and the store hours for Thursday said 7:30pm. So I figured ok, I am good. Well I was wrong. She had to keep leaving the store front to go back to another computer to try to print the man's return label. After 3 unsuccessful attempts her coworker must have arrived in the back for his/her shift. I was hoping that maybe the coworker would come to help since by then I had been standing without a greeting and without a, "I will be with you shorty" for now about 15 minutes. So I asked her, "is your coworker available to come help?" She said, "no she is not". Mind you, those were the first words that she said to me this entire time. So as a manager and an employee, I am all about customer service. I also understand that people are tired, busy, burned out, etc. There was absolutely no excuse for this today. She did not even at least excuse the wait or greet me when she saw me standing there. She did not acknowledge me as a customer. That is minimal! Maybe she was tired, maybe she was moving slow because it was the end of her shift, maybe she had something going on internally...I have no idea. However maybe I too had those things going on and not even once did she treat me like I was human let alone a customer. Her behavior was deplorable and unacceptable.
