Otherwise, the staff were overall friendly (especially the sonographers & technicians) and each test was as pleasant as it could be! Do know that while the practice sounds like it might be accomodating to Korean speaking patients, it might be more attributable for certain offices, and less likely of this Tucker office. Also, make sure also to ask for a copy of your medical records when possible, it was nearly impossible to have the records sent to our PCP. P.S. Only tip is - don't be swept up in the moment like us and forget that some of these tests could be done with your PCP, if you have an insurance plan that pays differently depending on where you have certain labs/ diagnostic testing done!

On this last visit the end of September the PA ordered an "At home" test, which I completed a few day from my visit. Since I had not been notified of the result and nothing showed up on the portal, I started trying to find out the results over a period of weeks. Today (11/17/25) I called the number that you would call to schedule and appointment. And was able to speak with someone as no one answered the other numbers. They just went to VM. Due to the time that had past I requested a call back from Dr Dorsey, not the PA that ordered the test. I did receive a call back, but not from Dr. Dorsey. This person told me that they had not been able to get in touch with me with the results. I find that odd and do not believe this as no one including Dr. Dorsey has had any trouble reaching me since my first visits back in 2019. And the portal information is correct. I also fine it odd that on their portal website, there is nothing about the test or results like there is for other test that I have had at the office. I hate it, but due to this I'm moving on from Dr. Dorsey's office.

Sadly, somehow a corporation took over and the information provided here is seriously incorrect. Also note that the corporation let go all of his prior staff and the overall service has become more difficult. I talked to the old staff at the Tree Lane address a few days before it closed and they all told me that the corporation flew a few geniuses in and over a not very thoughtful pizza lunch told all of his old staff that the office was moving, and they were not going to be moving with him or the practice. Yep, cost gutting capitalists took over and they don't give a you know what about the patients. Happily, Dr. Sharpe still does, and so I still use him as my PCP. I had been sick for a couple of weeks with the Flu then a head cold and bronchitis. I thought I could beat it on my own, but a sinus infection finally got the best of me. Their excellent staff was as efficient as ever and I was shown into an exam room right at my appointment time. Dr. Sharpe did a through exam, and best of all, he listened to my story of fighting the cold/flu and ALL my symptoms. One thing that really bugs me are doctors who are too busy to listen to their patients. It may be simple to them, but it's not so simple to the suffering. As I said, Dr. Sharpe did a great job, and now two days later, I am well on the road to recovery. I give Dr. Sharpe two thumbs up. If you want quality care with a truly wonderful doctor, go see Neil Groff. I now have ALL of my family members going to him, and all are very pleased with him. We have seen his brother for one visit. Both are good. Dr. Neil Groff has a more lighthearted, chummier bedside manner than his brother. That isn't to say that one style or personality is "better" necessarily - I just mention this so you will know which is better for you or your patient. Dr. Groff and his office have always been very accommodating to questions and concerns. The office accepts Medicare. The waiting room is pleasant and has patients from childhood through geriatric. There is not a 'Sick Child' section of the waiting room. There is a child's table but no toys, so bring your own or a coloring book & crayons. There is a large flat screen TV that usually has a Disney animated movie showing. On some days, Dr Marc Unterman, a cardiologist whose office is in Lawrenceville-sees patients at Dr Groff's Loganville office. This is very convenient! The office is also easy to find. Going east on 78, turn left on Lee Byrd Road, and turn into the small office complex on your right, just after the credit union. The doctor's office is on the right.
