They give you plenty of updates to remind you of your appointments so you won't forget! I wanted to give a special thank you my dentist for taking care of a chip in one of my front teeth. Once I was there they refused claiming that it was not a long term fix which I fully understand. It causes no harm whatsoever to do this but because they don't understand what they're doing or they type of dentistry that was done on my teeth they just refuse to after assuring me it would be no problem. The doctor came in and claimed she would come back to discuss other options but she did not returned and they kicked me out without being able to speak with the doctor once more. All that's required for this simple procedure is to put a dab of dental cement and using the ultraviolet light near the surface to cure the cement. Takes all of 3-5 mins max. Do not go here because they are not open to discussing treatment options or assisting with any reasonable request even though my request was is temporary solution which I fully understand, it causes no harm and would've fixed my issue in the meantime while I planned for a more permanent long term solution. Their unwillingness to have a discussion or meet me halfway after they claimed they would be happy to preform the simple task I called about is unacceptable. It's apparent that new school dentistry has gone way down hill and the quality of care is suffering. The doctor assured me that she would return and speak with me but just sent her minions in to dispatch me. Do not come here, they will not listen to your concerns. It's either their way or the highway. They told me to go pound sand when they could've easily done what was required to fix my issue. Terrible.
