The dental cost are comparable to any other dentist. The lobby is comfortable and front desks staff have always been friendly. The office is in a strip mall by HEB on FM 306. Although there is not a direct handicap access you can drive up a bit along side the curb drop off your passenger and they can use the sidewalk area that is graded to be even with the street making it accessible for those who need handicap access including motorized wheelchairs .

I say this with the utmost compassion and respect: his demeanor reminded me of someone on the autism spectrum... with a rather awkward distance in his communication, and an unease with connection. To be fair, everyone has different perceptions, and if my rating were based solely on the technical stuff, these guys would get 5 stars. I genuinely used to think pulling a tooth couldn't be a form of torture, until "Doc" pulled mine. I was told, "you should feel a pulling pressure, any sharp pain and lift your hand and I'll stop and we will adjust." So, we start. I grunt real loud and we stop, I get told I should've raised my hand and I apologize. This is where this issue starts, he gives me a third numbing shot for the area, and then proceeds to go right back to pulling. No time given for that shot to take effect, and instead I get to fully feel him rip my tooth from the socket. I tried to lift my hand, and stop it but he just kept pulling. I'm coiled up in the chair in pain, I'm sweating cause it hurts so bad, and we still keep pulling. Once it's finished he makes the remark, "I wasn't about to wait 30 minutes for you to be ready." Why? Who gets hurt by having to wait 30 minutes. I could've at least used fucking 4.
