Really enjoyed the Saigon wings. They are perfectly crunchy, although the appetizer may be a bit much for one person, they are super sweet. After I took a bite of the wings my first thought was, "THANK GOD FOR YELP". Omg we enjoyed dinner so much. We had the wings, vegetable spring rolls and the regular beef pho. Everything was wonderful. They serve the appetizers with a lot of greens, cucumbers, I think picked radish and carrots and bean sprouts on the plate. Two of us are absolutely stuffed with two apps and one medium soup. I will be back again and again and again. Service is great too. You definitely won't regret it. We used to love this place for many reasons like friendly staff, good meat portions, fair price, and amazing pho. A couple of days ago, we went back since covid/quarantine, and found everything we loved about it differently. What we normally get would be $25-30 and cash tip, it turned to be a $40-45 and cash tip. Then the meat portion was skimpy (a mere 2 sliced medium bowl). My husband's vermicelli bowl looked so sad. I don't know...I can understand raising prices to make up for the shut down, but the quality and integrity of the foods weren't the same and that didn't make up for much. read more

Wildly inaccurate estimation for pickup order time. Twice in a row they told me food will be done in 15 mins but took them 40-45 mins. Wasted too much time waiting at the restaurant when I could've waited at home. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because the food is pretty good. Though I don't think it's worth the time. They've wasted a total of 1.5 hours of my time over 2 take out orders. No compensation. In fact I've been told they were instructed by the owner to tell the customers 10-15 mins regardless if it's expected to take longer. I really doubt I'll be coming back again. If you plan on ordering take out, skip this place and find somewhere else. read more

Great spot for lunch! It's sort of hidden so I was really excited when a friend found it for lunch. I've been twice and loved their options both times. There's also plenty of space so it's not somewhere I'm too worried about finding seating. They had several vegetarian options and the staff are always efficient and helpful. With Asian decor and attentive staff, you will be taken care of quickly should any need rise. As for the pho, although it was on the slightly saltier side, this restaurant still delivers a quality of pho that will overshadow the other restaurants in the area. All the meats were tender and delicious, as well as kindly cut up into bite sized portioned. Wish there was more tripe but not many people are the innards kind of diners. Save your money. There are better pho places in town. We waited over 40 minutes for our meals and when it came it was all gristle. Our beef & pork spring rolls meat was also gristle filled. The interior is dated/dusty and you can see the collection of dust on the ceiling. The waiter never visited our table after food was brought to the table. I ordered pho and they forgot my toppings. I had to literally hunt someone down for chop stick and topping. The waiter act as if I was inconvenience to help me with my request. First impression are lasting impression. I had the Pho Chin to go and it was so good, the broth is what makes or breaks pho in my opinion and it's amazing. The staff was friendly and read my order to me when I came in. So Saigon Wings advertises itself as the "best wings in Colorado Springs" and obviously had to give it a try. W O W just WOW the wings were beyond anything I could have expected! Crunchy, covered in a wonderful sweet sauce, and piping hot. Not only were the wings amazing, but the pho was the best I've found in the Springs. Where do I even start. Let's start at the beginning, for You see it was a long time ago when I was a younger man. Seeming years past as I waited for my to-go order at 7pm on a Monday night. When I ordered, exactly 6 other people were in the restaurant. Despite this, 40 minutes later I received my rice combo plate. This is the same rice combo plate that is nearly $4 cheaper at their competition just up the road, Saigon Springs, but I digress. I figured, it costs more so must be better right? I live 4 minutes away, so I was home pretty fast. Despite this, I discovered not only was my food lukewarm, the rice was overcooked and crunchy. Crunchy is also how I would describe the meat...cooked at least 2 days ago to the point of becoming jerky and unceremoniously thrown into a to-go box. It tasted like the sole of an old hiking boot someone covered in salt and then hiked through a cow pasture and salted again. I was starving and couldn't even make it halfway through. As I write this, the food has been on my stomach 20 minutes and I think I'm about to give birth to a Harry Potter mandrake plant. read more

Not the best in town but pretty decent. Service could use a lot of work but i dont go to an Asian restaurant expecting great service. But at least fair service. I've sat down before a table of ten before and they all ordered after my table of 3 and we got our food after about 45 min of ordering it after the larger table so knew the owners were served. Poor customer service! I'm still dining here regularly and brought a friend who ordered $5.00 coffee. It came in a small metal pot and dripped into a coffee cup. In the bottom of coffee cup was (I think) condensed milk, the procedure is to let it brew then pour the whole thing over ice. Well it was NOT tasty, it was hyper sweet and was EXTREMELY thick and strong. My friend didn't drink any of it and we asked to have it removed from bill and they refused. Sad that they refuse to provide quality services and honor repeat guest requests. There should really be some type of description on the menu, ie thick, strong, very sweet but since there isn't so they should not charge for items that are not enjoyed by the guest. read more

Food was awesome, and the service was great. We ordered crab&shrimp egg rolls, pho tai, and a beef noodle bowl. Our server, Lando (spelling?), was very prompt and friendly - the best waiter I've had in quite some time. The reason for 3 star rating is the owner - as we left the restaurant, I saw my vehicle was blocked in by a Lexus SUV. I went in and told the hostess that I was blocked in and asked her to help find who it was so I could get out. Turns out, it was the owner (I didn't know this at the time). As he walked out to move the car, I told him that he was parked somewhere that wasn't a parking spot - he then responded with "I'm the owner, I park wherever I want." Very rude. Food was ok. The gingerlike seasoning on the grilled meats. The PHO soup had a little sweet taste to it. The spring rolls for me needed more meat. The wings were too sweet for my taste,but they were crispy. Service was lacking. While they were very nice , but it took a while to get our utensils. They gave us one set initially, but each utensil pack also does not have a complete set. Out of the 4 pack we got one had a fork the rest were chopsticks and spoons...Also gave us precisely 3 napkins for a family of 4 with 2 being kids.
