Great vegiterian eggrolls and bahnmi!! I definitely recommend this place (person from California)

Shrimp Spring Rolls

We were in the mood for a good bahn mi and this place had a great rating. We agree. The "combination" bahn mi was delicious and wonderfully stuffed spring roll. We asked for advice on the menu since everything was written in Vietnamese words with little description. We didn't realize we ordered a soup. The waiter ran back to the kitchen to stop the cook. He adjusted the order to a stir fried noodle dish with seafood and vegetables. It was so good. After that we became quite friendly, discussing he being from the Springs and we being from Chicago there on a visit. This is definitely on our list for a return visit.

I love this place! Will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Colorado Springs. Came here specifically for Pho and it caught me by surprise that they also have the Vietnamese Crepes . The customer service was great, peaceful and clean. Also, the gentlemen that took my order offered me a glass of ice water while I waited for my food. Very kind of him. The food was fresh and tasted just right/authentic. I've been looking for Vietnamese Crepes for years and finally was able to tap into my favorite childhood meal. Thank you!!

Great pho and crab rangoons. Service was quick. Iced tea was a bit pricey. I would definitely return.

Kind service and really enjoyed their wontons here! We ordered some boba, chicken pho, and combo pho! They offer sweetness and ice adjustments and traditional teas like Oolong and Jasmine! Will be back again! Food in the pic is a partial portion, we dug in before pics!

A12. BBQ Pork Spring Rolls (forgot to take pic before we started eating)

First time here. Staff were super friendly and service was great. We ordered 2 medium pho and 1 bbq pork spring roll plate. They didnt have the choice I wanted, so server was able to adjust the combination to meatballs and brisket. Pork spring roll plate was huge. The medium pho here was like large in Seattle. We did not finish all the food. We ate like 4 spring rolls and still had enough to roll 4 more to bring back to hotel. We also did not get to finish the pho. Last thing I really liked was that the soup broth was not greasy! I've been to places where there is a whole separate layer of fat/grease but here was crisp and clean. I highly recommend and will go back again, although I probably will order small next time.

Only had the Saigon wings, but they were delicious. Had a sweet zesty flavor and the wings were saucy yet crispy. Absolutely wonderful.

Great food with nice people serving. Had the beef spring rolls...boomin flavor but wish the peanut sauce was a little thicker.

If pho is therapy, then Viet's is my full-body massage, weighted blanket, and "you're doing…read moreamazing, sweetie" all rolled into one giant, steamy bowl. I stumbled upon Viet's on a whim during a rough patch at work in the Springs and let me tell you, it became my go-to self-care spot. The #58 (pho tai gau sach) is life-changing, and actually the only pho restaurant I've been to that offers this meat combo. The broth is so rich and flavorful it tastes like it's been simmering since the dawn of time. It's hearty, healing, and everything you need on any day, good or bad. Just a heads-up though, you will not be deceived by a small size. A small bowl of pho here is *huge* and full of noodles, broth, meat and toppings, which they don't skimp on at all. It's like they knew I was having a bad day and were like, "Give this girl all the brisket and tripe she can handle." Only con is that it's far from Denver, but like all great loves, some things are worth the distance. When I'm in the Springs, this place is non-negotiable. 11/10 would eat until food coma again.

I enjoy pho beef combination which consists of brisket, meat ball, tendon, beef slice in perfectly blend well beef broth. My friend ordered Pho mixed seafood. Seafood based broth is tasty mixed well with fish, shrimp, squid, fish balls. Good size of fresh Thai basil & bean sprout for added on. Service is attentive by well trained waiters. Clean utensils & the seasoning tray. The restaurants offered booth & regular seats. Nothing fancy, but clean & bright. Noticed many Vietnamese family enjoy their meal together. I am recommended Viet's restaurant to others & will come back for more. Give 4 stars because I am Asian who like my pho served extra hot on temp. But they came out lukewarm. I might have to ask for extra hot next time.

We stopped by for lunch before heading back up to Denver and was craving Pho. Since this place has…read moreamazing ratings, we decided to check it out. Upon arrival, it was very crowded and very different from your typical pho restaurant. They played loud dance/house/techno music with lights flashing. The restaurant itself is small, probably has less than 15 tables. It took us awhile to get our water and for someone to take out order. We knew right away that our lunch experience will take a long time. We ordered spring rolls, their chicken wings naked, and their pho. I was not impressed with their spring rolls. It was all rice paper and was small. Didn't think it was worth the $8. Our pho broth itself was pretty decent but the meat that came with it was far and few. Don't expect to get a lot with your portion. My son left there hungry. If you want pho, I would try some other places. But if you want a little bit of everything, I suppose this is the right place to be. They had gyros, to wings, to pho.

Finally got out to try Pho King Wing. Was happy to see it busy the day after Christmas. To be…read morehonest I wasn't sure what to expect with such an eclectic menu. I admit to being a Pho snob but this place did not disappoint. The shrimp and pork spring rolls were fresh and filled with crunchy veggies. Wasn't a huge fan of the peanut dipping sauce but the rolls were excellent. The rare steak Pho was the star of the show. It came out piping hot with lots of fresh veggies, lots of lime and homemade chili paste. The broth was very flavorful without being too fatty and the steak melted in your mouth. I may have found my new Pho spot and can't wait to try their wings! Also, the business partner/server Uriah was super friendly and service was top notch. TIp your servers extra this season. They work long hours to make us happy!

Conveniently located next to a department store, we were glad to find an all you can eat hot pot…read morebefore entering the greater Colorado Springs. The Hot Spot seems to be under Vietnamese ownership, judging from the big Karaoke setup in the middle of the room and the surround music being Vietnamese songs. I'm sure this place becomes lively when there is a party and people take to their singing skills. But on this regular Saturday afternoon, it was not even half filled. Customers have a choice of ordering regular Vietnamese fares or be seated at a hot pot table to enjoy cooking your own food. One nice thing about The Hot Spot is that we weren't limited to 90 min or 2 hours. Could be because it was during a slow time. Food wise it was far from an elaborate hot pot experience. The broths don't have distinctive flavors from one another and there lacks a sauce station! Which is a signature hot pot spot! The meats, when brought out, especially the beef slices, tend to be on the darker hue, to me that signals less fresh. And the booth seats aren't the most comfortable. I think they make shift to turn the booth tables into hot pot compatible where the outlets are in the way of your knees (if you're tall and have long legs) or if short like me, the seats feel sunken. All in all, it was still a fun experience for AYCE hot pot, especially when not under time pressure and the staff is friendly albeit not the fastest.

Americans might feel the place isn't as fancy as other Asian places but you can tell by how many students and families frequent this place that it is really good food with generous portions- a great price, worth every penny!
