I hope ur ready to read. I just moved to the area and in search of a nail salon one early morning I stumbled upon Saigon spa. I only needed a manicure. The gentlemen who did my nails was very nice, but this was close to the worst manicure I've ever had in my life. He filed my nails so crooked, I had to tell him to straighten them, but still they were crooked so I didn't care anymore and I fixed them myself when I got home. I vowed never to go back there, but a few weeks later I really wanted to get my lashes done for a vacation. I usually do my own lash strips, but my best friends coworkers told her this place did really good lashes. Against my better judgement I went back for lashes. When I arrived for my lash appointment the lady was busy so I had to wait. So I decided to get a pedicure, probably the worst pedicure I've ever had. Such a waste of my money. They used a hot RAG, NOT TOWEL, a freaking rag on my feet. Like old cleaning rag. Not to mention my toenails were filed crooked and polish wasn't done well. Next it was time for my lashes, finally. I was excited and had high hopes but when I looked afterwards they were too long to the edge of my eye that it made my eyes look droopy and the lashes looked so cheap and ghetto I wanted them off immediately. I soaked them when I got home with oil for hours in effort I get them off but ultimately I was left with barely any of my real lashes.
Next my best friend, the one who originally told me about the place; decided to get her lashes done even though I told her about my experience. She text me so upset after having them on for two weeks after she went back to the salon to get them soaked off and she left with no real lashes. Yes, she even went back there and they soak them off and she left with no lashes too. She was so upset.
This place must use some questionable lash glue in order for people to have all of their real lashes pulled out of their eyes. I was lucky enough that I soaked mine off with coconut oil so I was still left with some lashes afterwards. It wasn't many but at least I had a few. I bet you that this place uses hair or or weave glue to put lashes on peoples eyes which is horrible because you're causing people to lose their eyelashes. This is probably how they get repeat customers for their lashes because people have to come back due to the fact that when the fake lashes get soaked off they have no lashes left, so what are they going to do besides get more lashes put on. it's a shame and it's really sad. This place is so ghetto and i noticed they don't open new tools every time they do somebody's nails. I would not recommend this place in a million years and if I could have given them zero stars I would. It was a mistake and I should have trusted my gut instinct after the first time I went there for a manicure. read more
