The esthetician that provided my Brazilian service was Leila. She was AMAZING! I was a little sweaty from getting a little nervous because it was a while since I had my last wax, in addition to the sweat pants (that made it no better) but she reassured me that we would get through the service. When I walked in, I was properly and promptly greeted by Mrs. Mack who immediately begun my appointments. I was received with friendly, reasonable conversation. The Gel-X was very fast which was helpful since I'm in a rush, but it wasn't the highest quality Apres I've ever had. No cuticle care or thorough nail prep. The pedicure was a little old school, where the older gentleman giving me the pedicure was rough (which I like) but unfortunately he gave me a small cut. Also, he didn't use gloves and also used the cheese grater tool (which isn't good for your calluses at all). For $165 total the services were ok, but I likely won't return. If you can snag an appointment at Posh, I've heard they're good!
