Honestly, I have never met Sharon in-person, only members of her team at the office in McLean. Throughout my tenure with her shop I mainly interacted with Kelly. Whenever I had a question about my policy (e.g. rate changes, coverage packages, and etc.) Kelly was always on top of it. So, when I purchased my first home in the area, I went to Kelly to see what State Farm could offer by bundling my auto and home insurance. Kelly and I worked on a dozen or so scenarios, but each quote was still more expensive than competitors. It soon became clear that we would have to part ways. Kelly knew it too. He leveled with me and said, "We know the value of money. And if you're not going to be with us, then you should know what to look for in a home insurance policy." Kelly coached me on how to find the best policy elsewhere, citing how other insurers do business. When I eventually cancelled my policy with State Farm, Kelly called me to make sure I got my refund on the remaining balance of my policy.
