Of course sometimes I'm always overdue for services but so far my visits to Heritage Dental have been wonderful. Clean office, friendly front desk staff and the Dental Hygienist's are always amazing. I had a full set of x-rays and then Dr, Inez said that I have 3 cavities and needed 2 root canals. He said this must have been going on for a long time. I have had a great dentist in the past whom I've always gone for regular check ups and cleanings. Now I've always been told I have great teeth and I take care of them well, so I was naturally quite surprised to hear that all this would cost me $3000 cash. I wanted a second opinion about the results so I asked at the front desk if I could get a copy of my digital x-rays. They told me then it would be $200 to get a copy of the x-rays since I came in on a special of $85. I am familiar with x-rays I work with them daily and definitely digital x-ray copies would only cost them $3 to copy it onto a disk. Not $200! Since the renovation probably was costing him a fortune, he must be persuaded to up the dental work needed to pay for his new clinic. I will definitely not be going to him. I will be seeing another dentist for sure!

Not only did Dr. Khouri get me in the day I called he fixed the worked. I was shocked to see the difference. I did not know how bad the other tooth was until Dr Khouri fixed it . The tooth looks real you would never know the difference . Since then I will never go to any dentist as I don't trust their work and I don't trust them. I know anytime I come to this dentist I'm going to be taken care of. As for Ricky B review I honestly see zero truth in what he's saying.

This was probably one of the best dental experiences, and I didn't pay a fortune ! First, I was a little nervous, when I arrived, due to the fact the waiting room and office area were a little outdated. (I had been going to a dentist in Bloomfield Hills that was very high-tech, but I was paying a fortune!)The receptionist was very welcoming and friendly and upon conversing with her, she noted that the facility was going through renovations soon- felt more at ease. The hygienist was very thorough and kept making sure that I was comfortable during that lovely probing. My dental exam from this dentist was great. She examined all the X-rays with me and gave me some suggestions, so that a very minor tooth issue would not get worse. The best... They didn't make you feel like a horrible person, when you admit that you don't floss daily.

What my past cheapskate habit got…read moreme: a dentist whose assistants don't speak English and laugh a lot while cleaning my kids' teeth, which btw only took about 5 minutes, then another dentist office who at least spent 10 minutes on the cleaning and shrugged off two brushings a day and flossing and said they look fine. That was the office that had dried up throw up on the waiting room chair and totally inappropriate daytime TV blaring in the waiting room. I could go on and on but that's what Yelp's for! This dentist had a clean waiting room, no television I had to worry about my children seeing, up to date magazines. Nice staff. They acknowledged me, paid attention, were friendly and professional. The office has easy parking and a nice Royal Oak location. The dentist himself is all busines. I sat in on the exam, as my daughter is traumatized by another dentist who never checked that she was numb before pulling 5 teeth unnecessarily. Instead of talking to me so much, the dentist spoke straight to my scared stiff daughter and explained all his numbing steps and what she will feel. He defined to her the difference of pain and feeling the tooth come out. As she waited, she was given the remote control to a TV so we could control what she watched. This helped chill her out. He pulled her tooth out PAINLESSLY. She was shocked. I felt horribly I didn't start with this guy in the first place. He was a referral from our orthodontist, Dr. Bruno. Some things are worth spending money on. And his price was fair anyway. I will be bringing my whole family there. I asked how long a dental cleaning in an average mouth should take. More than 10 minutes of course! So I'm eager to meet the hygeniest. They're as important as the dentist in my opinion. I love my white teeth and want to keep them pretty! I also appreciate that Dr. Eades keeps up on his education, as I do the same in my field. There is always new science and always more to learn and master. I appreciate as well when I asked him about my own TMJ issues that he admitted he isn't a TMJ specialist. Nothing worse than someone who claims to know it all and then screw you up just for their ego. Overall great experience. I plan to Yelp more after my dental cleaning.
