Saha is such a gem in Saratoga and beyond. The bright little studio radiates positivity & classes are based on mindfulness. Love this place!

Here's what I like: Despite Barre's reputation as skinny only and snooty, these classes are approachable and the environment is welcoming to all. You will still be motivated and worked - no pity parties here - but it's accessible to everyone and Renée makes sure form is correct so you don't get injured. And the classes are HARD. Lots of classes and a good schedule You don't get penalized for cancelation HOWEVER Book online fast bc asses do fill up. I've never seen anyone outright turned away yet, bc she has ways to adapt the room, but I wouldn't be surprised if they bump into that soon. The owner has a massage /LMT business and makes all teachers undergo her training which includes EXTENSIVE anatomy training. Trust me. Your hips and knees will notice the difference and thank you for it. Lots of gear and toys! What I don't like: parking can be a pain at times. Give yourself an extra 5 to 10 min. BUT if you're running late, let her know and she'll usually be able to set you up so you can jump right in Wish it was closer for me. I have about a 30 drive, but I make it 2 to 3 times a week usually.

I have been searching for a new form of exercise due to joint issues and this is the only one that doesn't leave me in pain! Love it and the owner is an amazing and talented person! I highly recommend the classes.

I came here with my friend to do a vinyasa class while in town. While I have no complaints about…read morethe instruction or the actual yoga, the atmosphere of this studio is very unusual. It's in a sort of industrial warehouse space. Very high ceilings and little sound proofing between the studios. While I was attending the class, I was really bothered by the amount of noise coming from a group of teenage girls who I think were doing aerial yoga in another studio. Really killed the vibe of the vinyasa class especially during the relaxation portion in the last 10 minutes. Also, this studio is very dog friendly, so folks with allergies please note this. Especially in the entry way, there were a couple dogs including one that appears to belong to the owners. Not sure I'd come back here which is not something I say lightly about a yoga studio.

I have been going to this studio for a year and there is nothing like it! Jessica (owner and…read moreinstructor) teaches both yoga and aerial strengthening classes. My personal favorite are the aerial classes, which have changed my body in ways that other fitness classes have failed. Jessica challenges and pushes you in every class, but if you are a beginner or have injuries, she modifies the exercises specific to your needs. Also, which is extremely important for me, she changes the classes every time to avoid boredom and so your body doesn't get used to the same movements. Other great pluses are the Rockband class - an hour of nonstop cardio hitting wood blocks with drum sticks and Aerial Cirque d Soleil class - performing aerial acrobatics in the swing. She also coordinates a team for obstacle/running events held locally (i.e. warrior dash, urban raid, inflatable 5K, etc) and has a couple weeks out of the year teaching kids specifically. Overall, the atmosphere at the studio (and owner) is warm, welcoming, fun, and challenging. A MUST studio to check out!

I'm trying this new thing where I try and be "healthy" and "take care of my body" and "try not to…read moredie prematurely." I'm doing OK with it at home in Brooklyn, but when we travel it tends to fall by the wayside. In an effort to change that, we looked up and hit up The Hot Yoga Spot. And you should too, because it's great. The studio is clean, and surprisingly large (lots of rooms for all kinds of activities that you'll see if you head to the bathroom). We got lucky enough to have Julie as our instructor the day we went, and she is just a sweetheart. She led us through a pretty classic vinyasa class, and was nice enough not to comment on how bad I am at yoga. The only thing I'm entirely sold on is the mirror in the studio. I'm not sure if this is standard, but there hasn't been a mirror in the other studios I've attended. On the one hand it's good because you can check your alignment and see what you're doing wrong. On the other, I can see all the things I'm doing wrong, as well as all of my physical flaws and how grossly sweaty I got. Bring your own towel.

The studio has a shower, locker room, cubbies, and a shop area for merch. I brought my own mat but it seemed like you could buy or rent one there if need be, i was able to borrow a towel. The hot yoga spot had its own parking with plenty of spots for the class size, and was a good value for all the quality of the class. I will definitely return!!
