Do not front them any money, you will not get it back. Verify anything they install, they like to charge for things that are not installed. For example they charged for a much larger tank than what was installed. Charged for a larger pump than what was installed. Found this out after I hired another company to make repairs. There are many providers that will do a good job, avoid this one like the plague. read more

Jon still owes me $1,600 from a warrantied pump. He knows he owes, we had it in writing, and he just never paid after many attempts to collect. I will update this review if he ever honors his word. Does good work, but don't front the money for equipment or you may never get it back. read more

Want to make sure I thank Joe for his help and advice and share an exceptional customer service experience. The kind of service I just received doesn't happen often in today's world. My well shut down last night. He had replaced my well pump 5 or 6 years ago when I bought the house. I called him late last night, but he wasn't going to be available to make it out today. So, he talked me through what turned out to be a fairly straightforward repair. We now have water! Guess who will get my call next time if I need someone to come to the house! Jon and his team are amazing. I have used them to replace a failing pump that they helped me warranty. Then I had them upgrade my house pressure booster and once again they went above and beyond and had custom stands for the pump and filter made for the project. Recently our water stopped flowing and we found the pipe had cracked at the wellhead and dropped in. The team tirelessly worked to fish the pump and pipe out.
