The receptionists were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even when we arrived just 10 minutes before closing because we got off work late. We returned the following day, and Thy helped us find the perfect flooring. She was patient, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. Her communication was outstanding, and she made what could have been an overwhelming decision feel easy and stress-free. We also had our flooring delivered to our home, and Quan, our delivery driver, was just as wonderful. As first-time homeowners, we especially appreciated that he took the time to explain different parts of the process to us. Since he is also a contractor, he was able to share valuable insights and tips that helped us better understand what to expect during installation and beyond. My only complaint is that I found a new shirt here for the exact same price as a used one at the thrift store, which felt like a complete foul on my part! But other than that, it's a solid place.
