The stylist kept asking if I wanted extra services, and I repeatedly said no. I didn't ask for layers, treatments, or anything special. When she finished, the result was disappointing, and then she charged me $99. I was shocked. She mentioned some service name I didn't even recognize, but I never requested it. When I questioned the price, she told me to speak with the manager. The manager was busy with other customers, and I didn't want to cause a scene, so I left. I can't justify paying that much for a basic trim and blow dry especially when the result made me feel worse, not better. Customers deserve honesty, respect, and transparency, not surprise charges for services they didn't ask for.
