My wife brought me as a surprise. I literally didn't know what I was getting into but I had the hot stone massage. The lady at the front desk that was going to do my massage and gave me a run down and wanted to understand certain allergies, really tender spots I may have. I felt really comfortable in the room, they had some really peaceful music playing in the background, I signed up for a 90 minute session and I promise you, time flies by so quick during the entire procedure. You may feel a little dizzy after it's all over but I've never so relaxed, destressed and more stable. Highly recommend visiting this place to anyone, I'll happily come back in the future! Thank you! read more

I've been getting chiropractic massages since 2006 for herniated discs and spinal stenosis. Generally, my massages help manage the pain but do not have a truly relaxing effect. However, after 100's of massages over the last 17 years, I just had the best one ever!! Kaitlyn is absolutely fantastic!! I highly recommend this place! read more

Was given a gift card for Sage for my birthday and went there last week for a 60 minute massage with Kaitlyn. It was wonderful - Kaitlyn was so attentive listening to what I wanted from the massage. I left feeling great. Will definitely be back. In fact, I can't wait! read more

We are new to the area and haven't had luck finding a great massage therapist. That is until I booked an appointment for my husband with Kelly. He said she took the time to understand his problem areas and got to work helping him. She also explained how what he does for work impacts his body and some things he's can do daily to help. She is definitely our go-to person in the area now. Can't wait to book an appointment for myself! read more

I have seen Kelly for over 1 and a half years or more. Total expert and great person. She has helped me recover from injury and surgery. If you are uncomfortable about getting a massage do not hesitate to go to Sage. Kelly relates to all ages. Very low key environment. read more

Hello, everyone Kelly is great and always enjoy my messages. Rick and I have been using her service for well over 7-8 yrs .

Had a great 30 minute massage. My only regret was not getting the 60 minute massage. Kelly was great.

Sage is just the best. They are not a "massage club" that has commercials on TV. They are a place of rest, relaxation and healing. I have been seeing Kaela for going on five years and she's just amazing. Kaela takes the time to listen to you describe what is going on with your body, then makes suggestions for various techniques based on that. If you're not comfortable with anything, she'll stop and revise your care. I initially started seeing Kaela for massage on my aching plantar fasciitis. Within a month, I was completely healed and have not had any problems since. I can't recommend Sage, Kaela and Kelly enough. Don't waste your time on those places that want you to get a membership. You can make appointments directly through the Sage website and you'll be getting the best possible, professional massage you've ever had. read more

First time visit was today and I had Kelly, she was amazing! I left feeling so relaxed and at ease, goodbye work and life stress! The place is very quaint and really makes you feel like your at home and easier to relax. Only thing I wish was a bit better was the sound, if someone walks past the room you can hear everything but not a big deal. I definitely will be going back! read more

After a four night stretch at work, I was sore and achy. I found Sage on yelp and was fortunate enough to get a same day appointment. Amie was awesome! I had an hour massage and a facial. I've had quite a few massages and this was definitely one of the best. She talked things through with me before we got started, including problem areas, any areas I would prefer she not address, and whether or not I liked to chat or stay quiet. That blew me away! I love to relax during a massage and trying to keep up a conversation always ruins it for me. I prefer quiet and so does she- the atmosphere was perfect. She hit all my problem areas- shoulders, back, etc and I could feel her working out the kinks. That alone made this experience amazing. But, she topped that with a great scalp massage- those are always so disappointing for me. She used firm pressure and really did a great job. I cannot wait to come back. read more

Had a back spasm. Booked an hour with Kelly. Without that visit my recovery would have been much slower. She was very knowledgable of what might have caused the spasm and what I can do to prevent them in the future . It was well worth the visit and I book another appointment . read more

I threw my back out last weekend pretty bad! I wasn't sure where to go since I don't have time to get regular massages so I scoured the Internet. I came across Sage Bodywork (formerly every body). I wanted to put that in my review because when you drive up, the old name is on the building! If I didn't know that when I was researching, I might not have been able to find them! Anyhow, I went to their website, which is really beautiful, on Sunday morning and saw their online scheduler. I read the bios of the masseuses so that I could choose who could help me the best. Kelly Fowler seemed like the best fit. I went to the online schedule and picked Kelly, and saw she had an opening first thing Monday morning! I was so excited! I made the appointment online and got a confirmation email. I don't have a printer at home right now, but there was new patient forms available to print on there. I just looked them over so I could quickly fill them when I got there. I have to tell you, Kelly was great! She asked, she listened, she gave great help and the one hour massage was fantastic. I felt so much better. She didn't try to sell me on massage either. You know what I mean? Like a chiro or other wellness people I have met, try to tell you you need it 3 times a week for 6 weeks or whatever when you feel alright. I didn't leave questioning my wellness afterward! She recommended I come in for a 30 minute massage if I start to feel bad again so I don't see her saying something just to say it so in my future visits, if she says something different I will be more apt to trust her. Anyhow, this was a great experience. She did say they would be moving soon just a few blocks from their current location. Right now, they are in a building behind First Midwest Bank on Infantry. They aren't directly on Infantry. They are behind the medical building on Infantry w/ a sign that says every body near the door. I hope that helps! Kelly also said that if I went online and didn't see a time that fit my schedule, I could call her and we could see when a better time could be put in so great customer service! Highly recommend!!! read more
