There is a terrible hurdle for both the drivers and the customers: the dispatcher became more and more rude and pugilistic to me, the customer. And calls to A+ were impossible - ring, ring, ring, ring, ring - with no answer. Multiple calls with same results. The mission statement is to serve medical patients. PERIOD. As we ALL know, one cannot predict how long a medical appointment will last. One can predict a dialysis appointment and a PT appointment - they are scheduled with clear parameters. Doctors appointments - no! I felt more and more pressured to provide a time. The shortage of drivers and delays were set upon the customers - faulting them. I experienced being yelled at and blamed. After 13 years, my relationship with the service - once SIRIUS ended. I sent farewells to the drivers who were doing their very best.
