DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! Especially if you have a vulnerable adult with limited mobility. My dad is in Hospice, he was living by himself, but had a sudden turn of weakness, the Hospice nurses arranged for this company to help get my dad out of his apartment to an assisted living location as there were 4 steps that he needed to get up and did not have the strength. We they arrived, the driver knocked on the door, I answered and asked if he was with the transport service, he looked at me. I said this is **dadsname*** and waved him to enter, he looked at me. I said, I'm looking for you to help me with what we need to do, he said 'No English'. So I called to get police assistance to get my dad up the stairs. In the meantime the driver called his boss, who insisted on talking to me, or rather yelling at me that I was making his driver late for his next appointment and that they could not wait for help to come, I said that I had been under the impression they were supposed to help with this. Once the police arrived and were helping my dad, the manager called back to yell at me that his driver was leaving RIGHT NOW, THEY WOULD NOT WAIT ONE MORE MINUTE. At this point, my dad was 1/2 way up the stairs, the driver was holding the door at the top and I was at the bottom. The manager screamed at met to give the phone back to his driver, and I explained that I could not reach his driver, this continued while I was heading up the stairs, by the time I was up, the driver already had my dad in the van and was securing, while the manager was still screaming that they were leaving and to return the phone to the driver. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT THE WAY TO HELP A VULNERABLE ADULT IN HOSPICE CARE LIVE THEIR FINAL TIME WITH DIGNITY AND CARE. I literally tailgated this driver from my dad's home to the care facility because I refused to let them out of my site. I suppose maybe they are fine with someone who does not need assistance, but I would not trust them with any person I cared for. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Experience, and the language barrier is no excuse. I don't even blame the driver, he was trying to do his best, but the manager and I can only assume the company culture is terrible. BTW if I could get it 0 or really -1000000 stars, that is better than they deserve. read more
