Terrible. Just terrible. Please under no circumstances use these people. Did not correct their own scheduling errors in spite of multiple confirmations to correct. Picked up a child erroneously in spite of me stating multiple that ride was not needed, and then attempted to state they could not wait for me to drive to get her because waiting more than10m was against their policy. So leaving a 9 yo kid waiting in front of the house due to THEIR error was considered ok. Stay away. There are too many other places you can get help from. I had taken this company a couple years ago. they had no problem at that time, taking my well trained seeing eye dog. now, I had requested to take them again and they flat out told ucare that they wouldn't take me because of my dog. they claimed that the next person to ride in vehicle might have dog allergies. last time I checked, it is against both state and federal law to deny someone who has a trained service dog. Used this transport on Nov. 5 a rainy day, to go from Red Wing to Edina and back. driver spoke in broken English forced me to ride in the middle part of the van which is extremely difficult for me to get in my husband had to help pull me in the van from the other side since I'm only 5 ft tall. He told me the front seat was broken the seat I sat in u could feel a rod in it. He accepted 2 phone calls while driving in the pouring rain, exceeded the speed limit we made an hour trip in 45 minutes. And on the way home I was dripping wet and cold he claimed he "know not how to work the heat for the middle" the van but he knew how to work the a/c. Then while speeding and not paying attention to his driving he almost hit a semi. Plus he tried to make several calls as well. I WILL NEVER RIDE WITH THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!! read more

Don't ever use this place I didn't even get to start to use this place and I don't recommend it. They had two weeks when I ordered these taxis for all of my rides for my medical issues to tell me that they don't travel to Cambridge Minnesota. They say it's outside the Twin City area well that's a bunch of BS. Cambridge is still the Twin Cities either way around it they waited till 5 o'clock to call U Care to cancel yet. They called me at 4:13 to confirm then getting my business and I have no respect you don't do that so if you're going to handle it a transaction and a business in a customer that way, can you just imagine what would've happened if I would've went for rides with them or had them take me to rides I don't recommend this place at all !!!!! Do NOT APPLY TO WORK THERE. I was a van driver there for only 2 days of training before being let go. Everything is done through Gmail and you will have to create a Google email with your name followed by loving hands dot com. You will have to pay for your first DOT exam then they'll pay for it after you've been there for a year. In a notebook, you'll have to write down everything you did each day of the pay period to who you picked up, what time you picked them up to the time they got dropped off and when you had your breaks. Then you'll have to put all that into an email and send it to them by 7pm on Friday or you will not get paid. They will give you a shirt and ear piece if you need one and they will charge you for them. You also have to pay for your background check. Sadly, if I could give no stars I would.....My brother who is Autistic and having Cancer treatments needed a ride to his radiation....When I booked him a ride with M-Net. It showed in the system as 12:00. I called because his treatment time had changed.....M-Net said it was changed in the system.... but when the driver called my brother at 11:00 for the ride he informed the driver that it had been changed to 12:45 but, instead they just cancelled his ride. When I called and talked with Helpful (NOT) Hands about it, the receptionist was so RUDE, could hardly speak english and continued to talk over me and screamed at me to call M-Net back, then hung up on me.....Sounds like they have A LOT of 0 stars!!!! read more

Its very unfortunate get the transportation provider like Helpful Hands. We had a schedule appointment with that provider. We missed the appointment as without inform anybody they had canceled the schedule. When we wait to get ride and did not see anyone to come, we called to them and that time they told that they cant provide the service. They are so much unprofessional to not to inform any one, not even to the insurance as well, not even to the therapy center. He wouldn't even ask the driver Mikhail to ask the patrons if they saw his phone. Then he told me to never call his service again after I asked him to ask the driver. I would not recommend scheduling service with this company. I scheduled a ride from an appointment yesterday and was left at the hospital. I was clear about what door I needed to be picked up from so there were no issues. I called the company two times to check in regarding my transportation and was told on the way. The third call I was told I was a "no show" I explained I was waiting at the door and Helping Hands never arrived. They said they tried calling but no one called and no one arrived. Helpful hands is.....well not so helpful at times. They're driving is insane like they wanna hurry and get me to my destination and then speed off, like they got better things to do than to drive me to my appointment. It's already one thing to speed but to pick someone else up and drop me off last, I feel like I don't wanna use this service anymore, but I'm being forced to by my "peers" and have no choice, but if it were up to me I'd be driving myself had I had a car, which I had to give up for rent . But god helpful hands doesn't know safety when it comes to driving. Speeding tailgating how bout both even riding someone's bumper. I don't feel safe riding with some riders. But I can't get their names cuz they don't have their license on the dash so I see what they're names are so I can complain about their driving. Again if I had my car I'd drive myself. When the driver almost got into an accident on 35E I called the company to report the incident. Than my first trip with this company I was scheduled to go to Fairview Hiawatha Clinic on 42nd Avenue South, BUT ended up in at a Superamerica in Robbinsdale. I have received MULTIPLE cold calls from this company stating I have "shown interest" in becoming a driver for them. (I HAVE NOT) Every single time, I state that I would like them to REMOVE ME FROM THEIR CALLING LIST. Then they hang up on me. They state they are calling from a line being recorded which if so they have me recorded asking them to stop calling me. But they continue to call! UGH! I keep blocking their numbers but a new (651) shows up, I answer and deal with their rudeness again. I cant find them on BBB and I have no way to get them to STOP CALLING. Client missed two appointments because Helpful Hands didn't show up for their scheduled pickup When I called to see what happened they made claims such as, "We never received a ride request" or "we've never had a client by that name" They refused to take responsibility for their clerical errors and as a result our resident had to reschedule a couple critical appointments.
