She then went to wait on a table, came back to the front desk, and still didn't say a single word to me. Other customers came in and headed toward the dining area, and she asked them if they needed a table. The phone rang, she answered it, and after the call she still didn't acknowledge me at all. I finally asked if she could check with the kitchen to see how much longer my order would take. She simply said, "They must still be working on it," and turned her back on me. Then she went to help other customers and came back about five minutes later, still without saying anything to me. I asked again if she would please check on my order, and she said no, that she was busy. Honestly, someone that indifferent and unhelpful should not be the person greeting customers.

Then they returned and said they would not take it back. For real. They upset a customer over a $3 side dish that I only took a tiny bite from, and the taste of it was upsetting enough. I also might add that we handed them our water pitcher earlier in the evening to be refilled but it never came back.
