11/2025: food looks mid 12/2025: Could tell by the pics food was mid, gave it a try and yes mid. Tastes like indian fast food. Price and portions ok. The rice was buttered and was lowkey the best part. The garlic naan was very fluffy and kind of bland and uneven fluff. asked for extra spicy i didnt taste any spicy really lol. The ingredients in the chana tasted like they were fighting each other. Prolly will try the biryani next time. Service ok. The spoon had like a soap residue stain or something on it too u can kind of see in polic.

Chit Chaat - Vegetarian combo meal with cilantro paneer, chaat, samosa, and naan (naan not pictured). All very tasty!

First time trying this type of Indian/Pakistani food. It's really spicy but can ask for medium,…read moremild or suggestions on food heat levels. As a first timer it took us a little bit to get used to the complex spicy taste and spicy smells. I tried a beef and chicken dish, and it was really nice. The pieces of meat were super tender fresh, and they were cut into nice sized pieces (not oversized). The rice was tasty and loved the (? not sure) cucumber sauce/dip to bring down the heat a bit. The Naans were amazing; I prefer the cheesy ones the best! Defiantly would recommend and come back to try other dishes. The staff and owners were friendly nice, and loved the decor and pictures of mom ;) A very unique place for Racine to taste some true authentic food! A++

We stopped in about 30 minutes before they closed (7:30pm) but we were told it was okay to dine in. Ordered some plain naan (got garlic instead but it was delicious), chicken chaat bowl and chicken tikka masala. The tamarind type glaze on the chaat bowl was good - bit of a smoky BBQ flavor. The tikka was great - plenty of sauce for naan dipping. Fun music and cute decorations. You can tell they care about their food. They do have a corking fee if you'd like to bring your own adult beverages. Might bring a bottle of wine next time. Looking forward to my next visit here.

This place has all the dishes you crave for! We kicked off…read morethe dinner with some mango lassi, which was thick, creamy, and tasted like aamras. It was full of cardamom and saffron flavor and topped with whipped cream. Chole kulcha & bhatura is a must-try!! The bhatura was not oily, which was surprising, and the kulcha was so soft. The chole gravy was delicious, and the pickle paired really well with the combo. The chaat items weren't great. Dahi bhalla felt dry and didn't absorb the flavors of the chaat. Papadi chaat was oily, which was a turn-off. Malai chaap was great. The soy was tender and had a smoky flavor. The malai gravy was really yummy and paired super well with the chaap. For entrées, we had the Veg Hyderabadi, which was a spinach-based gravy. All the veggies were tender and absorbed the flavors of the spices. Paneer labandar was super yummy. The gravy was flavorful and mildly spicy, and the paneer was tender. Daal makhani was really great--perfectly creamy and spicy with amazing flavor. I was super excited to try the rumali roti, but it was a bit disappointing. It wasn't soft and had a LOT of butter. The garlic naan, however, was super soft and yummy. We ended the dinner with rasmalai, which was super yummy and loaded with dry fruits. Moong daal halwa tasted very comforting on this cold evening. The servers were very helpful, and the service was quick! Would definitely be back here specifically for the chole kulcha!

The atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing; there are very big windows on the side and you can look out at the sky while you are eating. The food is excellent; the spice levels vary across the different dishes so be sure to ask your server. They are happy to heat them up or cool them down for you, and will also bring you little samples before ordering as well. The samosas are almost as good as Mummie's, absolutely bursting with flavour and spice. The Hyderabadi chicken is a treasure. Oh, my god. It's so good. I can't stop eating it. The Chicken Biryani is wonderful, as is the Vegetable Masala. Oh, my goodness! There is also a buffet Tuesdays through Fridays which is terrific; there are lots of dishes and you can try them all. This is a terrific restaurant and I plan to return, very soon!
