This is one of the specialty coffee shop in HK that also cater food items, which makes it a great spot for brunch. We had the Gibraltar and cappuccino, both with their house blend. They use Hokkaido milk which is a plus. The expresso were well extracted. I believe the barista were very cautious about how the customers treat the coffee.
