I don't know why you would not give me a bag for my two liter drink that I couldn't carry with the 80$ worth of other items you crammed into the other bag, but when you did and the handle was broken- it was not necessary to engage into a argument with me about how the handle was not broken and whatever else you said(not sure you even know). I was nice and more than willing to pay 10 cents for the bag and giving me a another bag with A broke handle and then gaslighting me saying handle isn't broken when it is- was obviously a misunderstanding on your part. I can forgive all that, what I don't understand is the attitude you and your manager got as if I was attacking you personally. I don't know what's I'm with your life or history that you treated me like you did, but I hope that people never treat you like you guys treated me. Hope you guys choose to be better. I tried to get a prescription three times before it actually worked out...store was closed at 4:15 on a weekday, then pharmacy was closed all weekend, then the last time the pharmacy was just drive in only, but whatever. I got my prescription, the pharmacy staff were all really nice and I just learned to call ahead for hours before driving over. Many businesses are short staffed these days , but closing a pharmacy on a weekend is a bit unusual. Anyway, call ahead so you don't waste a trip.

But all of that initial feeling faded away quickly when I saw that both trash cans outside the store were absolutely overflowing, reminiscent of the aftermath of a music festival, the garbage piled high and also surrounding the cans as though they had not been emptied in days. This sadly is the new normal for Target, the high standards from when I worked there long abandoned as they continue to try to chase Walmart instead of doubling down on the service that set them apart and made them the superior choice. While the inside of the store was definitely cleaner than the exterior, service was MIA (also their new normal) as not a single employee interacted or even looked at me while we browsed the mens, electronics, and grocery departments. The cashier was definitely not friendly, either; exactly why I lean towards self-checkout these days, it's harder for a computer to be rude to you!

This I called customer service and stayed on the line for over an hour while still waiting in store. The result? Absolutely nothing. No resolution, no help, just more wasted time and frustration. For a company this size, this "discount" is nothing but a sham -- a marketing ploy that fails to deliver and leaves students hanging. Had to come to the emergency room with my boyfriend his mom had gotten injured. Well maintained inside as a hospital should be. Staff was helpful and friendly I even got offered a free water while I waited which I needed after being in the hot sun. I am not a person who likes hospitals but this one didn't feel like one.
