ExpressScripts didn't notify her till the last minute they couldn't fill the prescription and told her to find a pharmacy that had it then screwed around transferring it to Walgreen's. If the pharmacists hadn't called at least three times in 24 hours she would have missed her medicine for days while waiting on the cardiology office to write another prescription. We can't use Walgreens routinely but they always come through when ExpressScripts can't.

We Don't do self checkout - especially when we have hundreds of dollars of groceries. If Weiss wants us to check ourselves out and bag our own groceries, they should give us a discount! So we waited in line. There were two customers ahead of us with totally full grocery carts and by the time we got to the checkout, there were 5 people behind us, waiting to pay. There was a clerk over at the self checkout fiddling with the bags. He saw the line at our register, and the clerk at our register also saw the backed up line. No one called the manager or called for more help. This experience turned me off. We spent $260.00 and it will probably be the last money we spend at this store!

One more thing: PREGNANCY PARKING. It would be SO appreciated. Numerous times I've had to leave simply because the walk into the store was too much from so far away. There is cop parking and so many handicap places that are left empty-- I think one or two could be adjusted! :)

They are rude, hostile, and unresponsive. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor by ordering supplies for you, all the while moaning about how they don't make any money. I honestly think they don't want the business. Heaven forbid you call in and the CPAP lady is busy and you try to get someone else to help you. The CPAP lady herself doesn't return calls and "ghosts" the phone call when she is tired of the phone call. I would steer clear of this business.
