She calls me gets rude when I go to trying to explain to her she cuts me off tells me that the situation that happened has nothing to do with her. She doesn't want to get involved hangs up then my sister calls her back for her to get rude and sit and call my sister the f... b word and a f...... idiot then tells her that we're harassing her even though she called me and hangs up please don't give this woman no business because she is a miserable woman. She does not deserve that store and I feel bad for 7-Eleven for having their name on that store she's giving a bad rep to 7-Eleven and they definitely need to take that store from her. We ate at Green Ribbon, the onsite kitchen. Everything we had was delicious. The highlight was Eggs Benedict over fries. Their salads, fries and special pumpkin panna cotta were phenomenal. We did a spirits flight on Saturday and fell in love with their herbal gin and coffee liquors. The service was excellent. Servers were knowledgeable, friendly and organized. Food and drinks came out in a timely manner and we loved the relaxed vibe of the place. I will be telling all my friends to go and would love to go back again.

The waitress was attentive and offered to refill our beverages (my ice water and my friend's sweet tea) many times and checked on us as well. The fish was succulent, fried to perfection, flavorful and moist and served with at least four, and more likely 6 ounces of tartar sauce that didn't skimp on the diced pickles. Two lemon slices (one for the ice water, one for the fish) accompanied my meal. The meal left me feeling full, satisfied and satiated and I wont hesitate to return again in the near future. Their breakfast menu was very reasonably priced and my colleagues fried eggs, french toast and grits looked delicious. Excellent portion sizes at very reasonable and affordable prices. A pauper could dine like a prince at Frank's Diner! The diner itself is tastefully appointed and was not overly loud, despite being at above 50% capacity. Wood paneling with painted white wall board with some interesting décor added to the experience. We left our charming waitress a generous tip in line with the excellent service. This is one of the best restaurants in the charming small town of Culpeper and I would encourage everyone to try it.

After nearly a week of waiting after the initial text that they received the script, I called for an update because I hadn't heard anything. They informed me they had been trying to call me (I have no messages from them) and the script was ready for pick up. I arrived to them not having the script ready and having to wait an hour after being told it was ready, then it would be ready in "a few seconds," yet it's still not ready an hour later. I left and will try again at a later time. *other people seem to have wonderful experiences with them, hopefully I just had an abnormal experience for them.

My Mom and her Husband go there too and get the same rude treatment. I constantly have to call them to see if something is refilled or received. No communication on their part. They make me feel like I'm bugging them when I call. But if they did their job, I wouldn't have to constantly call. Had to have a prescription filled from another Pharmacy last month that they had for 3-4 days, only to find out they didn't have any and had to call my Dr to send it elsewhere. They didn't give me enough time to barely get it filled in time since they had it for 3-4 days. This is so upsetting and bad service. We've used them for well over 6 years. Sad.
