She was so extremely courteous, understanding professional, and extremely efficient. Olivia was able to coordinate a prescription refill for me in minutes. Shingles is extremely painful, and her professionalism and kindness were exceptional. The Rx and guidance helped relieve the very painful symptoms while I was on vacation. I asked for a prescription to be filled when I was called by Rachel (who is lovely by the way). We turned up this morning, it wasnt filled. Not the first time this has happened so asked for it to be filled and left to grab groceries. Came back still not filled yet. Jody barked at my husband and then stood there chatting. It took a further 30 mins and one of the assistants told him the reason for the delay was because it wasn't started when we asked for it to be done. He wants to move our business and I don't blame him honestly. You need to speak to your pharmacist about her customer service skillset. There's no need to bark and be rude to customers.

Within this last year the store went through a rebranding, signs and colours changed and the inventory was updated to carry all the 'Western Family' brand items. However, compared to the other 'Safe-On-Foods' stores we know (e.g. the one in Panatella Hill, Calgary) this is still far away from a typical store. We are almost never able to get everything we need by visiting this one store only and some items like the 'Trifle' never made it to Cochrane. As Safeway is no real alternative to us (buy 5 and the price is not as ridiculous as for 1 item) we started shopping for groceries in Calgary on the way home from work again.
