They repaired five different chips in my windshield flawlessly in about 10 minutes, contacted my insurance company and I paid nothing as it was covered by my auto insurance. My windshield looked great and I was happily on my way. Since then, my 2012 Nissan Cube - which is notorious for catching pebbles and debris due to its quite vertical windshield - had taken another hit and this time it cracked quickly. Having a $500 deductible and getting quotes of $518, $418, and $300 from other glass replacement companies, I contacted Ryan at Clearview Auto Glass today to see if there was anything they could do under the warranty that came with the repairs and/or if he could give me a quote for the windshield replacement. Because it was a new chip, it was not covered under the warranty, however, Ryan offered to contact a couple of the glass replacement companies that he works with to get a quote for me. In addition to looking for a cheaper quote, I also needed the glass replaced today or tomorrow as I'm leaving on a road trip late tomorrow night. Ryan called me back within 15 minutes with a quote of $240 from a company he works with who has a great reputation and could come to me tomorrow afternoon! Not only that, but after sharing with him that this would be the second windshield replacement in less than two years, Ryan advised me to talk with our insurance agent about additional glass coverage that would carry only a $50 deductible. I did and was able to make that change so that in the future, I will not have to pay out of pocket to replace the windshield. In addition to the quality work that was done on my windshield back in April, I am SO impressed with the level of service to find me a great price with another company for a service that he would make no money on! I will definitely be going back to them to have future chips fixed as between the crappy roads and my vertical windshield, I know it's unfortunately, inevitable. Definitely check them out!!

I had AAA come out and put the spare on. I called Belle Tire when I got home, and was told I could stop by first thing in the morning to drop off the flat tire and they would see what the problem was. I had the tire back that afternoon. Yesterday, the rear passenger tire was not holding air; by the time I got out of work, it was too late for Belle to be able to do anything for me; but again, they said I could stop by first thing in the morning. I was there when they opened at 8 a.m. They got me in right away, and I was on the road by 8:25 with my tire repaired (it had a piece of metal in it). Oh...and the best part?! No charge for either of these tire repairs. Everyone there was so kind and considerate to me. I really appreciate that, considering all the pressure everyone is under nowadays. Gerber team was able to give a fair quote that was much less than other shops. They were able to completely repair our SUV... it looked like a new car when I picked it up. I waited a couple weeks to post this just in case it drove funny or there were follow-up issues (which they guarantee to repair) but there is nothing zero zilch. I would 1000000% recommend taking your car here for repairs. They were in constant communication with any updates and completed the repair earlier than expected. It was seamless with our insurance as well. There is also an Enterprise rental office about 20 feet away. Thank you Hannah, Megan, and Gary. I came to trust the owner as his expertise in collision is something that only comes with years of experience. Major Problem: When my G6 got hit, I thought I was fucked; being in school and needing my car on a daily, to my surprise it was fixed within a week and my life was back to normal. Minor problem: My G6 oil bolt was stuck after a random shop gave me an oil change and forgot to lube it. Every shop I approached to get a new oil change after that wouldn't dare to touch the bolt.
