On the day of my appointment - I waited over 3 hours - charged for every hour and the stereo was not installed correctly. Took it back and after two visits they were still unable to install the stereo- even though I supplied directions I researched for from you tube. After their unsuccessful attempts - they refused to try anymore and didn't offer any type of refund for their botched job. Absolutely terrible customer service - store was unorganized - nobody could answer any questions. Terrible experience .
