They had my car for 2 weeks, never once communicating to me what repairs my insurance approved, what was being done, or when it would be finished. I never even signed paperwork to approve any repairs. When I went to pick it up I could immediately tell where they had painted or did the clear coat because nothing was blended to the adjacent panels or the trim. They sprayed the doors but not the door handles. There was a lot of little dimples on the two rear doors, which they said was from rock damage, but instead of addressing those areas they just sprayed over it. There were a couple new dings in the new paint. They also scratched the tint on both of my front windows. A piece of one of the interior door handles was just laying in my back seat. On top of all that, they stole every single quarter I had from two full change containers and the loose change in my center console and left all the smaller change. They didn't even try to make it less obvious that every quarter was gone, like I wouldn't notice?! I couldn't believe it! I brought all these things to the attention of Joe, the service manager, who said they would need my car back to fix everything. He said I would have to take my car to get the tint re-done but that they'd pay for it. His response to the theft was shrugging his shoulders and saying that they could maybe look at the cameras, not that they would actually look into it or that any action would be taken. Doug, the general manager, got involved and gave me $20 out of his own wallet. Although I appreciate him trying to make it right, there was still nothing said about them finding out who was responsible, which told me they are okay employing people who would steal from their customers. Totally unacceptable! Reluctantly, I brought my car back for a second time..they were supposed to have it for a week to give themselves enough time to complete the repairs but failed to make the reservation for a rental car for the agreed upon day. They rushed through everything in 4 days so they wouldn't have to pay for the rental through the weekend. I asked that they at least buff the areas that weren't painted to try and help everything blend together better, which they agreed to. They actually ended up painting some of the trim and the rear panels, which I do appreciate. There were multiple large areas where the clear coat was scratched/scuffed, where something abrasive was used, which wasn't there the first time. A couple of my emblems were removed and put back on so the adhesive was warped and they didn't lay flat like they're supposed to. I brought my car in a third time for them to finish what they should have the second time and to replace the emblems, which they did. The paint looks horrible. I'm still noticing areas where the clear coat is scratched and there's marks throughout the paint on all the panels that look like they're from some sort of rotary tool. (Hard to describe but I tried to capture it in the photos) Overall, I appreciate them doing the extra work on some of the trim and a couple of the panels, but there were just too many things that went wrong for me to be able to say I'm happy with my experience and I'm not at all happy with the final look of my vehicle. It took them multiple times to correct their own mistakes and they still couldn't get it right. I feel like there's too much carelessness and cutting corners which leads to shoddy work. Maybe they don't anticipate people actually checking to make sure things are done correctly, I don't know. I didn't expect perfection but I did expect the work to be done right which I don't think is unreasonable. I would not recommend this shop but if you choose to bring your vehicle here please don't leave any change or anything of value in it and manage your expectations.
