I brought one of my vehicles here when it was Reed's and had a great experience.. I can not say the…read moresame this time. They had my car for 2 weeks, never once communicating to me what repairs my insurance approved, what was being done, or when it would be finished. I never even signed paperwork to approve any repairs. When I went to pick it up I could immediately tell where they had painted or did the clear coat because nothing was blended to the adjacent panels or the trim. They sprayed the doors but not the door handles. There was a lot of little dimples on the two rear doors, which they said was from rock damage, but instead of addressing those areas they just sprayed over it. There were a couple new dings in the new paint. They also scratched the tint on both of my front windows. A piece of one of the interior door handles was just laying in my back seat. On top of all that, they stole every single quarter I had from two full change containers and the loose change in my center console and left all the smaller change. They didn't even try to make it less obvious that every quarter was gone, like I wouldn't notice?! I couldn't believe it! I brought all these things to the attention of Joe, the service manager, who said they would need my car back to fix everything. He said I would have to take my car to get the tint re-done but that they'd pay for it. His response to the theft was shrugging his shoulders and saying that they could maybe look at the cameras, not that they would actually look into it or that any action would be taken. Doug, the general manager, got involved and gave me $20 out of his own wallet. Although I appreciate him trying to make it right, there was still nothing said about them finding out who was responsible, which told me they are okay employing people who would steal from their customers. Totally unacceptable! Reluctantly, I brought my car back for a second time..they were supposed to have it for a week to give themselves enough time to complete the repairs but failed to make the reservation for a rental car for the agreed upon day. They rushed through everything in 4 days so they wouldn't have to pay for the rental through the weekend. I asked that they at least buff the areas that weren't painted to try and help everything blend together better, which they agreed to. They actually ended up painting some of the trim and the rear panels, which I do appreciate. There were multiple large areas where the clear coat was scratched/scuffed, where something abrasive was used, which wasn't there the first time. A couple of my emblems were removed and put back on so the adhesive was warped and they didn't lay flat like they're supposed to. I brought my car in a third time for them to finish what they should have the second time and to replace the emblems, which they did. The paint looks horrible. I'm still noticing areas where the clear coat is scratched and there's marks throughout the paint on all the panels that look like they're from some sort of rotary tool. (Hard to describe but I tried to capture it in the photos) Overall, I appreciate them doing the extra work on some of the trim and a couple of the panels, but there were just too many things that went wrong for me to be able to say I'm happy with my experience and I'm not at all happy with the final look of my vehicle. It took them multiple times to correct their own mistakes and they still couldn't get it right. I feel like there's too much carelessness and cutting corners which leads to shoddy work. Maybe they don't anticipate people actually checking to make sure things are done correctly, I don't know. I didn't expect perfection but I did expect the work to be done right which I don't think is unreasonable. I would not recommend this shop but if you choose to bring your vehicle here please don't leave any change or anything of value in it and manage your expectations.

They had my truck for 2 weeks and told me it was ready. I went to pickup my vehicle and there was over spray all over it, a hair underneath the paint, and the color did not match. I was pretty frustrated and called them and let them know I was unhappy with the job. When I spoke to Joe when I picked up my vehicle he told me that it was the reflection on the paint and that's why it didn't match which was completely untrue. I gave them my vehicle and they called .e the next day and told me they "fixed" it. I was highly upset and called my insurance company to let them know what had happened. I got a call from Joe stating that I needed to pickup my truck because it was done. When I talked to his regional manager I let him know that I would be unable to pickup my vehicle due to me having surgery the day after dropping off my truck. Now my irritation level is through the roof at this point. I called my insurance company and told them I was going to pickup my vehicle to have it done somewhere else due to the unprofessional staff and poor job performance. I finally got a call from Doug Reid. Doug was extremely professional even when I was highly irritated. He said "Please let .e make this right for you." so I decided to give him a chance and Im glad I did. Doug is a super down to earth guy with good work ethic and a good heart. He fixed EVERYTHING on my vehicle and even did more than needed which I was extremely happy about. Needless to say Doug Reid is the man!

If you haven't…read moregotten this done on your car and you live in the north state then you really should go ASAP! The tint blocks about 62% heat, 98% infrared 99% UVA and UVB, so your car interior stays cooler, you don't burn yourself getting into your car when you can't find a shady spot, and your future self will thank your current self for clearer vision and a less wrinkled complexion lol - reduced glare means your lens will stay flexible longer without sun damage, and you'll age more gracefully thanks to the built in physical sunscreen due to the tint. Less wrinkles and better vision for longer? Yes, please! I initially had planned to return to Genesis in Elk Grove as they had done such a great job on my old car but I came here because of the five star reviews and I'm so glad I did - Jonathan got me in right away, and did a perfect job! So great to know we have a local gem! There wasn't a single wrinkle or bubble, the tint came out of factory clean. It made my little heart so happy to see the pristine job they did! Also, Jonathan and his assistant Nicky were super friendly and the price was $1,250 for the premium tint for all windows, front & back windshields. To me this is a great value considering that I get to enjoy a cooler car during the hot summer months, and I am protecting my vision and complexion. The health benefits alone are worth that price, so don't hesitate - this is the nicest thing you can do for yourself if you live in the second sunniest city in the continental US and want to maximize your health and stay cool doing it!

He's the only one in Redding who works with Llumar tints, and his pricing is very reasonable. I wouldn't go anywhere else in Northern California.
