The repair work was done timely and correctly, but the initial $342 estimate ballooned to $548, and I had no prior warning, either at drop-off this morning or via phone when I spoke with shop personnel twice after getting an estimate and before today. their explanation - weird part, quoted wrong price, blame Ford for using a prior-year part - didn't satisfy. They admitted that they should've called but all I could get from them for my displeasure at the surprise 50%+ increase was $50 off. The miscommunication is more forgivable than the nonchalant attitude of the two employees I dealt with. I won't be back.

My 2019 Prius is literally an extension of myself, and I'm not super finicky, but I plan to keep it for many more years so I wanted it repaired before it rusted. They were so kind and informative through the whole process, from the time I took it in for an estimate, until I picked it up looking flashier than it was when I brought it in. Extra special shout outs to JC at the counter, Kevin, and Jonathan Barnes. This was my first time, dealing with this kind of repair with insurance and collision, and they handled all of it, from communicating with the insurance company, to keeping me informed of the progress, to making sure my car was shiny and beautiful for me upon pick up. The level of care and ownership these people took in their work was positively heartwarming. Whatever they are making, it's not enough. As some of these yelp reviews can attest to, these people are clearly the target of a lot of unnecessary abuse, but they were nothing but the penultimate professionals whenever I was there. They will have my business forever.

The shop did not disclose that damage had been done to the muffler because the insurance would pay for the muffler but not the pipe. But they didn't offer the option to pay for the pipe myself until I drove the "all fixed" car for three days and realized something was wrong with the muffler. Everything went downhill from there, with a whole day wasted when they were supposed to fix the muffler but didn't get the parts to do it. The staff was surly and would not use my correct name. The manager argued with me about my experience when I complained and tried to gaslight me about what happened. Don't go here!

Called 10/18/21 was told still working on the estimate. Since Priority is a preferred provider of my insurance company, I scheduled a date to drop it off for the repair, not concerned about the estimate. Scheduled the drop off for 11/8/21. On 11/23/21 I called my insurance company to find a new provider since my truck had not moved from the spot it was left in on the 8th and I was going to pick it up. The insurance company called Priority and suddenly, my truck was moved. I was told it would be two weeks. I called 12/7. No update and no call back. Called 12/14 and was told it's a big job and it takes time (person who answered the phone had quite the attitude) Called 12/21, was told maybe next week. Drove by on 12/29 and saw my trick sitting in their lot. Stopped in and found out it was finished and ready. Took it home and discovered the radio wasn't reconnected properly and had to take it back. Then, just this week on 1/8 found my rear tire on the repair side of my truck was loose, prompting a call for roadside assistance. They NEVER called me. It took almost 3 months for them to complete the repair although, admittedly, they didn't start 6 or 7 weeks. The work looks good but there is no way I would ever recommend this business to anyone. A couple of minor hiccups, but not enough to knock off any stars: I paid by credit card, and the amount on the receipt was different from what they charged--about $5.25 more. This was an extra fee for using a credit card that no one told me about. Had I known that, I would've brought cash. There was a sign that said window tinting is cash only but nothing about a credit card fee. They told me they would call me when the car was ready. Since it was about an hour and a half walk from my house to Spot-Les, I called to see if they had any idea when the car would be done. It had been done for fifteen or twenty minutes already. The guy on the phone thought someone else had called me. If I ever get my car detailed again, I will definitely go to them. It was well worth the money.

Got the call the car was done, again I asked about the hood, Kathy stated she didn't see anything on invoice or notes about the hood, so I asked to speak to manager. Then was told oh yeah we adjusted the hood. And then listed hood adjusting on invoice but no cost, which they charged for every other little thing they did or used. Then I inspected it and the hood was still off and had tons of pushing give, makes a large noise and had a huge gap. But was told oh that's normal. Crazy how it didn't do that before getting hit.
