I'm not sure why there's so many negative reviews on here. My experience was amazing and easy. A pebble hit my windshield while driving on the highway. This resulted in a long crack across the top of my windshield. It even affected my subaru safety features, making me brake suddenly without any cars even near me. I filed a claim with my insurance and was lucky to have full glass coverage. I scheduled an appointment with safelite. They let me know that it was going to take about 4 hours to replace the windshield and recalibrate the cameras with the new glass. No paperwork was needed and everything was emailed to me for my record. Joshua was my technician and he gave me the 3-day care breakdown. 1- No car washes for the next 3 days. Rain is fine but all the sealants need time to cure and car washes are too much for the chemicals. 2- keep the tape applied on the windshield for 24 hours. They put my inspection and registration stickers onto the new windshield. They also helped me move the e-z pass and dash cam holder to the new windshield as well. Everyone was really nice and professional and I wouldn't hesitate to come back if anything happens to my glass. Very satisfied with my visit.

My dad took his car here and it was dirty inside and a very noticeable scratch that definitely was not there before is on the door. They did nothing to try to correct the situation and are all around awful don't care about your car and take no care to make sure your car is Returned in the same condition. Don't go here.

Disgusted by my experience here. My first appointment had been made on 7/27/23. I showed up on time with the appointment on my phone. I took off of work for this and expected it to be done. When I got there they stated that it was an "error in their system" and they did not see an appointment on their end. I showed them my phone and they stated, "I see what your phone says, but we cannot see you today and need to reschedule." No apology whatsoever. Ok, fine. I go ahead and reschedule for 7/31/23, which is the next available, and I have to take off from work AGAIN. I need to get this done and do not want a violation from law enforcement. I show up for my second appointment on time again, and I am told they did not order the proper part and need to reschedule. No apology, no sympathy whatsoever on their part yet again. I explain them the situation and they stat there is nothing they can do about it. Without any other means of getting this done I went ahead and rescheduled hoping this was just bad luck. I make an appointment for 8/7/23. This is the next available time they can take me DISPITE the previous 2 instances that was admittedly their fault. The best they could do is getting me in there over a week after their 2nd excuse. In retrospect, I should have not even gone back for their business, but I did as it was the most convenient location to where I live. I set the appointment for 8/7/23 and show up on time to it again. When I show up I am absolutely blown away. They state, "We have a problem with our system and cannot see you today as I was not showing up on their computers." I show them the appointment on my phone and they state they cannot see me today with as little of sympathy from their words and body language as you can ask for. How you can do this to someone and not even care the slightest? The lack of professionalism, courtesy and disrespect is truly disheartening. Every time someone has had a cracked windshield, that I have spoke to over the years, I have told them to, "Just go to the Safelite off Myrtle Avenue" for years. This is TRULY some of the most BLATANT disrespect and some of the worst customer service I have seen in Glendale in MY LIFE. They were not even willing to accommodate someone who is obviously being disrespected on not one, not TWO, but THREE separate instances speaks volumes about not only this location, but the ENTIRE COMPANY. I TOOK OFF 3 DAYS of work for this. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and would love to hear how this is acceptable. I do, however, believe that actions speak MUCH louder than words. All attachments will be added to this post. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

I had a crack that happened and spread Saturday afternoon and by Sunday it was fixed very well by Ian. He told me that due to the climate and moisture it wouldn't be a perfect job and that makes sense as it was snowing with cold temps. He was very responsive via phone and on a Sunday helped to schedule me in and have it taken care of. I had most places that would push me out a couple of days and maybe have me get a new windshield. The crack was bullseye crack a little smaller than a dime and spread about 8 inches. The quoted price was very fair and much less than the big shops. All in all I have a new expert for any auto glass issues. Gotta love Yelp! P.S. to the one person, Vic R. who gave him one star, that review should be removed as it's not right just because Ian told him the truth. Come on Yelp!

Fast communication, we set up a time for me to drop by same day and it was smooth from there. Work was done in less than an hour. The price is fair for the quality compared to other places I came across and even though this was my first experience ever having to deal with something like this, I know I saved some money and a possible headache choosing this place.
