Suggesting to install an attic fan in a house that just had brand new Central AC installed the season before? How is that relevant at all? Sure, a pool would keep you cool as well but it is not required. And there was AC! Also recommending the AC unit have an overflow pan...it did! With a float switch in case the drain got clogged. Need to actually inspect the unit if you are going to write it up. I have used many inspection companies and this was ridiculous.
