It is very convenient location, the units are clean, and the manager, Kelle, is great to work with. She is honest, helpful, and informative. When I first contacted Swamp Rabbit, I was convinced I needed a climate-controlled unit. She asked me a few questions about what we were storing then, based on this information, counselled against the more expensive option. Their prices are fair and competitive. Hunter was able to single-handedly take the stress of relocating to a new city, down several notches. The next day, she even phoned to see if I had any follow-up questions and provided a resource for moving help should I need some extra muscle to help unload my Pod. Employees like Hunter are the thing that separate the Space Shop Self Storage from the universe of mediocre, run-of-the-mill storage facilities. Fans are only circulating hot air, leaving employees and customers sweating in miserable conditions. No one should have to work or do laundry like this. What's even more disappointing is they are failing to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the café owner, her employees, and all of us customers. The café owner is amazing and deserves so much better. She serves some of the best coffee in town, delicious food, and even offers the convenience of a drive-thru. She has created a wonderful business despite the unbearable conditions. It's time for the property owner to hurry and Fix the air conditioning. The people who work there and the customers who support these businesses deserve far better.
