He told me he knows someone at Chrysler corporate office and it will be no problem to get this information. I paid for his services total of $345 on 11/12/18. I explained to him that my deadline is 11/27/18, I had the court hearing on that day. His assistant delivered to me 1 page of "uncomprehensive" report literally 15 minutes before my hearing, and the report that I obtained on line by myself for $22 contained a lot more information than the one I paid to this PI $175. The licence plate information was sent to me on 11/30/18. Also, he accused me of calling my credit card company and putting stop payment , which was ridiculous lie.I have lost thousands of dollars and will have to put thousands of dollars into restoring my house once I will take the possession of my property. This $345 is a small change in compare what my losses are. He informed me that he is not going to provide me with employment verification. I think he used it as an excuse because he was not able to get this info. Also he was pushing me to spend even more $$$ on unnecessary GPS placement, about $349a week, plus $50 to put GPS and remove it, which I refused to do. The bottom line, the business dealing of this PI agency and it's owner is very unethical, I feel I have been scammed by him. My advise to you, do your own research, be your own PI and attorney and you can get a lot more results in more efficient way and you will spend 10 times less $$ than hiring this company.

Some houses are small with 10 residents, some with 80. The smaller ones tend to be more manageable and considerate of individual needs like quiet time and studying as well as what kind of events you want. If your in a larger house consider the houses are run for the most part by the students that live there so it can be pretty crazy at times. Also be prepared to eat out a few times a week because the students also make the meals so yeah.. There are definitely worse places like the horror stories you hear about room rentals, but this place isn't smelling like a rose either. Visit, ask questions, be a smart consumer like we know you are!

She moved out in May 2017 and I am writing in March 2018 and we have tried to get her $500 deposit back and was initially promised it would arrive in the fall. We are still waiting and have called, left messages and wonder if we will receive the deposit back. Clearly they are not well run administratively.
