I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and service that Eleanor provided! Having worked in…read morethe event space, I have very high expectations of service. I was recruited to plan a friend's 1 year old birthday party and Eleanor stepped up to the occasion. 1. Very Responsive I had a multitude of special requests that were resolved in a timely fashion with no complaints. From changing delivery times to finding a cake maker that could make a "healthy" cake, Eleanor was able to reach out to her network of vendors to make it happen. 2. Highly Flexible / Accommodating Up until the day of the event, Eleanor was able to make last minute changes and also assist with a special equipment pick up that she definitely did not need to help with. She stepped up and helped to resolve the issue at hand. 3. Detail Orientated / Professional With any event, details can change quickly and often. Anytime a change occurred I was informed promptly and in a professional manner. 4. Punctual Day of event, Eleanor and her assistant arrived at the time promised and she stayed on top of her vendors to ensure that they were also on time. 5. Competitively Priced I made the decision to pay the extra money to have Eleanor act as the event planner on the ground in Vegas as I do not live there. For a reasonable fee, she took on the responsibility of representing as point person for the other vendors and service providers. The fee was well worth the piece of mind and a smoothly run event. 6. Creative Design From the balloon design to the interactive backdrops, each piece was well thought out and creative. She never cut corners and spent the time to make sure that each piece was well done. Support this hard working, local Vegas vendor. You will not be disappointed!

All I have to say is 2 ceremonies and out of state. That should be enough to make a wedding about…read moreas difficult as you can make it. Seriously, I don't know how Paulina did it, but she was absolutely freaking amazing. We live in San Francisco and our wedding was at the Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas, and man oh man, was this an easy wedding for us to plan. My husband was skeptical at first about hiring a planner in general and I told him there was NO WAY that we could do this by ourselves out of state. Finally he agreed and we hired Paulina. When I started researching wedding planners, I was all over the internet. Between Yelp, theknot.com, weddingwire.com, etc.etc. I was all over the place emailing people left and right. Not only was Paulina quick to respond, but once I saw her prices, I was like wow...she's quick and affordable. I'm the type of person that likes instant gratification, so when I saw that she responded the same day, I was like ok, (hopefully) she will probably be like this the whole way through the process. AND SHE WAS. We had 2 ceremonies, one Indian and one Persian. We had to have 2 separate tables set up for our ceremonies and we had to do both of them in an hour. Yes. I said 2 ceremonies in one hour. We had the Indian ceremony from 4-4:30, had a 30 minute dress change and then the Persian ceremony was from 5-5:30. We had one rehearsal with ALL the family members and let me tell you. Paulina is on point when it comes to picking up tension..lol. My mom tried to change things up at the last minute and Paulina would look over at me and see my expression and knew INSTANTLY that I did not agree with my moms ideas. She just went right with it and took it with a grain of salt and made sure to tell me afterwards "We will not do ANYTHING without your approval." And she did exactly that. We also needed to have 2 separate Priest's. One for each ceremony, and of all the things we had to deal with, seriously that was our only hick-up through the planning. There were not enough options to choose from but eventually she found what we needed and took care of everything for us. All we needed to do was just wait for her options, go over pricing, and once we liked it we just mailed a check over. Easy. We also listened to her recommendations. Moxie Studio did our photos and we absolutely loved them. DJ Shai was our dj and he was great. Though we had a few issues that came up, but Paulina was on top of it IMMEDIATELY. Seriously, anytime we had a problem with someone, I would just forward the email to her and she would immediately take care of it. During the reception, she was our bodyguard. She made sure that the servers served us first before everyone else and that no one talked to us for to long while we were eating. I literally saw her from the corner of my eye watching her keep an eye out for anyone that would be interrupting our dinner. She didn't mind people talking to us, but she made sure that if it was taking to long, that she would just stand closer to us and say "Please let them eat"..lol.. I loved that. She was also our security guard. There were 3 other weddings going on and someone happened to walk into our reception and she made sure to take care of it. She is also Mrs. Fix it. I bought some stupid cheap hoop slip and apparently right before I walked in to our reception the metal hoop came undone and was trailing behind my dress! Paulina and Tara were in the bathroom with me trying to figure out the best way to fix it and Paulina ended up cutting out the entire metal hoop portion of my slip and away I went! lol.. I couldn't say enough about Paulina and her team. They are amazing. I know our wedding was too much for everyone to deal with because we had 2 different cultures involved but, everyone did a great job to make it one of the best weddings ever. Everyone had the time of their lives, and it definitely could not have been done without her. If you're thinking twice about hiring her, your crazy. You are definitely missing out. If my perfect wedding wasn't difficult enough then I don't know what you are expecting. She is definitely a part of our lives forever. Thank you Paulina!!!

I really doubted the need for a wedding day coordinator. I mean, that's what the Matron of…read moreHonor/Bridesmaids are for, right? But when I was just a couple of months away from my wedding, I began to get nervous and my catering vendor recommended Paulina to me. Within minutes of our phone conversation I knew I had to hire her. In fact, I think she was the best decision I made! Even my Matron of Honor, who is skeptical by nature, thought she was a godsend. Where do I start? My wedding and reception were held in October at Mandalay Bay. From my very first conversation with Paulina she kept in constant contact, going over schedules, activities, entertainment, answering my million-and-one questions, and even sent me a Las Vegas post card a week before the wedding to say she was excited about the big day--nice touch! On the morning of my wedding she came into my suite while I was getting ready and began setting up and decorating the room. She moved furniture. She draped and bedazzled the tables. She directed hotel staff. She kept track of time. At one point she even stopped--midstream--to retrieve my dad from another floor of the hotel and escort him to the chapel so we could have our "first look" with the photographer. Our post-ceremony activities included a double decker bus tour. Paulina kept everything on track, escorted the guests to the bus, then stayed behind to complete setup of the suite for the reception and allow the caterers to prepare their tables. When the tour was finished, she was waiting curbside to help the guests off the bus and escort them to our suite for cocktail hour while the groom and I continued to have our pictures taken. Once we made it back to the room, she made sure we had drinks in our hands and fresh plates of food to eat. Looking back, I did not have to worry about a single thing the entire day! Paulina was there from start to finish, making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be, making sure the vendors were paid and appropriately tipped (I gave her the money when she first arrived so she could take care of this task for me), keeping things organized, and even helping with cleanup! I'm not sure she ever got a chance to sit down to rest. I cannot say enough good things about Paulina. She is definitely a pro at her job and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!

Warmly welcomed by a kindly gentleman upon entering Tuesday, March 17th, for St. Patrick's day!…read more It was my first time bringing my 6.5 years young grandson to play. The beautiful lady tending the kitchen graced us with her smile, while cooking pizzas and preparing snacks for guests. They accept more forms of currency than any establishment I know; from cash, cards, bitcoin to possibly a camel. Just kidding on the camel, yet if Vegas continues to heat up they may be less expensive than maintaining a vehicle. The price of I believe $16 seemed fair for come and go all day play. No charge for adults, unless climbing. They also offer a rewards program for those who use the cash app. Bring socks -- no shoes allowed. The place was clean and well maintained. It was free popcorn day, which my grandson had to inquire if he could have another after downing the first bag. He found the bouncy walls, slides, and structures entertaining for a couple of hours. His favorite being the climbing wall. He didn't give up, until reaching the top! The slip on shoes to climb the wall were ill fitting. Mostly too small or too large, but he managed to find a pair to accommodate his climb. So, proud! A few by standers clapped for him making him feel grand! Thank you! The coin or card based rides and crane operated games were expensive ranging from $1.75 -$2.00. He played the egg game to win a surprise. He played it twice and won two types of tiny spinning tops. One works the other broken. It was a good escape from the afternoon heat.
