I stopped by Party Vegas last minute to grab balloons and decorations, and honestly, it was a…read morepretty disappointing experience. I purchased two large number balloons and 10 individual balloons, which came out to almost $60. As soon as I walked out of the store, two of the balloons popped. I was in a rush, so I didn't have time to go back in. Then, within 30 minutes of arriving at my destination, one of the number balloons had completely deflated. After checking it, I noticed it had a small tear. At that point, I was already too far to go back, but it was frustrating considering how much I spent. I honestly wish I had just ordered from Amazon instead. The store itself didn't help the experience either. It was messy, unorganized, and felt cluttered walking in. The decorations were very outdated and not what I expected--especially for something like a retirement setup. The employees were just okay. There was a lot of side conversation going on instead of helping customers, although I will say one gentleman who assisted me was helpful and professional. I'm not someone who usually leaves one-star reviews or asks for refunds, but I wouldn't recommend this place--even for last-minute decorations.

I couldn't be more pleased with the experience and service that Eleanor provided! Having worked in…read morethe event space, I have very high expectations of service. I was recruited to plan a friend's 1 year old birthday party and Eleanor stepped up to the occasion. 1. Very Responsive I had a multitude of special requests that were resolved in a timely fashion with no complaints. From changing delivery times to finding a cake maker that could make a "healthy" cake, Eleanor was able to reach out to her network of vendors to make it happen. 2. Highly Flexible / Accommodating Up until the day of the event, Eleanor was able to make last minute changes and also assist with a special equipment pick up that she definitely did not need to help with. She stepped up and helped to resolve the issue at hand. 3. Detail Orientated / Professional With any event, details can change quickly and often. Anytime a change occurred I was informed promptly and in a professional manner. 4. Punctual Day of event, Eleanor and her assistant arrived at the time promised and she stayed on top of her vendors to ensure that they were also on time. 5. Competitively Priced I made the decision to pay the extra money to have Eleanor act as the event planner on the ground in Vegas as I do not live there. For a reasonable fee, she took on the responsibility of representing as point person for the other vendors and service providers. The fee was well worth the piece of mind and a smoothly run event. 6. Creative Design From the balloon design to the interactive backdrops, each piece was well thought out and creative. She never cut corners and spent the time to make sure that each piece was well done. Support this hard working, local Vegas vendor. You will not be disappointed!
