So I called and got a quote for $4095 to install on 14 steps and a date to install them. The next morning I decided to google the least expensive stair lifts I could find and actually placed an order with ameraglide for the same amount of stairs only a different brand for $3280 and I get $208 of taxes back when I get a doctors note sent in. So I called Ride the stairs back and told them to cancel my appointment that I just bought another one cheaper instead. Randy White the owner asked me why basically didn't I call him first to give him a chance so I said can you get me one out the door for $3000 and he had to call me back and then said yes he could. I later had called and canceled the one from ameriglide and returned a call to Randy to let him know that i was going to buy from him but asked for one more favor before I do. He said what's that? I said can you give my friend that referred me to him $100. Mind you my friend paid full price of $3998 for a stair lift back in 2022 for almost half the stairs I have. He said he would half to get back to me on that. Next thing I know I get a text message from I'm assuming was his wife also co-owner saying that they appreciate me considering them but they felt that I was no longer a good fit for them! Over a $100 referral that they could have told me they couldn't do. I called to speak to Randy to find out why he decided not to deal with me anymore but got his very rude wife that wouldn't listen to anything and refused to let me speak to her husband whom I had been dealing with all along. She was very ugly towards me and said I was being ugly because I kept trying to talk to her to figure out why when I truly wasn't being ugly I was just upset and completely blown away that they would turn down a deal for a $100 referral to a man who's 80 years old and paid way too much apparently for their chair lift. Because if they can cut the price by $1095 to sell it to me and still make a good profit (and you know they must be) they could have given him the $100 referral which he had no clue that I was trying to get it for him. But my friend knows now so I'm sure he won't refer them to anyone else. So I guess it's safe to say they are very greedy and selfish. And even though I tried to reason with them and not even expect them to do the $100 referral so that I could get the stair lift installed the same week for my husband who has a bad back, severe knee issues and a shoulder injury he has to have surgery for, they completely shut me down. It was very upsetting for me because now my husband has to wait 2 weeks to get his other chair installed and I have to watch his agonizing pain as he pulls himself up the stairs with a bad shoulder because his knees are way worse. I tried to explain that to them also in a text message since they wouldn't speak to me on the phone. But I guess they could care less. Which is very obvious to me they care less about the people and more about the money. I did go back to ameriglide and they welcomed me back with open arms and even offered to give me a gift card since ride the stairs wouldn't. Ride the stairs has a better warranty which is why I originally chose them but who's to say they would actually honor it. I'm sure they will have lots of things to say about my review and thats fine. But I have no reason to lie. As a matter of fact I can't stand a liar. And I hate doing reviews on people, but when it hits me this personal then I post one. I will say Randy seems like the better one to deal with and his wife seems to be the one that is mostly selfish, heartless, rude and greedy! It's up to you if you want to deal with people that don't care about other people. I would recommend going elsewhere. Ameriglide was wonderful to me!

I had just purchased my e-bike and assembled it myself, so I was incredibly disappointed when I took it out for its first ride and discovered that neither tire was properly seated in the rims. I could have easily ended up damaging the tires, inner tubes, or rims if I hadn't noticed the unusual sound coming from the tires while riding. Thankfully, Nick noticed that I was struggling and stepped in to help. He was able to properly fix both tires in less than an hour! I was extremely impressed with his knowledge, professionalism, customer service, and how quickly he got me back on the road. After Nick fixed everything, I took my T73 Max out for a serious ride -- 42 miles on full throttle -- and I still had some battery left when I reached my destination! No because I did not use them, so I can't attest to their work. But do they deserve a 5? No. Whether I chose to use them or not, my contact with them from start to finish is all part of my involvement with this business. They could have handled the situation differently. All other businesses that I have contacted at this time that have either said they are booked, can't do anything because of the COVID issues, or are just waiting on me to make a decision, have all responded with giving me rough estimates for the job and will give me firm estimates and help me when they can get me on the schedule. This was a very different experience with this business who is now "willing" to help. Hopefully they can use this feedback to learn how to positively respond to potential customers even if they are not in agreement.

As you can see, I am giving Mike 5 stars. Mike came to my house on time. He was friendly and personable, yet got right down to work. He did a beautiful job of fixing the dent in my car. The dent was a rather sharp dent in my driver's side rear panel. It looked like a little paint was chipped away at the edge of the dent as well. Mike assessed the damage and explained what he thought he would be able to do. Toward the end of the process when I was checking Mike's progress as he worked in my garage. I thought he had finished the work because where the dent was looked good to me. However, to Mike's discerning eye, he had some additional work to do yet. Attention to detail! In the end, Mike felt he was only able to get it to 85% of its original condition. But to me, it looked like he got it to 95% or more. It was a job well done! I told Mike it would be great to do business with him in the future...but I hope to never need his services again. But if you are in need of some dentless repair work, definitely give Mike a call.

He quoted us for leather and for vinyl with leather since my seat had both. He said he could repair it for 1,000 dollars, no problem. I had a whole new seat installed in Los Angeles for under 500.00. So this price was shocking. He was very nice, so we decided to have him do the job. The night before it was due, Orlando called to say he couldn't repair it. He needed to replace the seat. It wouldn't work, and he had already taken it all apart. Then he said it would be 600.00 more. I told him this was way too much, and I wouldn't have had him do the work if he couldn't. He said 500.00 more was the lowest he could go. I told him I wasn't happy about this at all, but I needed to get my truck back. When we went to pick it up, he had done the entire seat in vinyl. No leather was used to make it match my other seat. So not only does it not match my other seat, but it is also a lower-quality material for 1600.00 for one seat! I would have rather had a matching seat! The vinyl looks ok but I would never had had him do a vinyl seat for that price. I would have gone somewhere else. Orlando is very friendly and nice, but if he gives you a price, get it all in writing; otherwise, good luck! It wasn't a good experience. I felt taken advantage of.
