My previous dental place (4 years ago) gave me about $400 quote of what I needed to get done for my teeth. None from this place, just monitor and get back to her. No unnecessary procedure recommended which I appreciate very much. Unfortunately I need a fill just one cause it's sensitive. not bad for not going to dentist for 3 years or so. Whoever is treating me (whether a dental assistant or Dr. Ruff himself) I get an explanation of what is going to be done and then after, a discussion about the results. Despite common delays of payment from insurance companies, their billing statements have been reasonably soon and always accurate. What I do wonder about Yelp is why there are at least eleven postings about quality care that aren't factored into the overall rating.

(DeltaDental) I came in and again offered my card but they didn't need a copy, they already had one. I was seen by Dr Timothy... great experience!! I needed a root canal, post and crown. They were able to do it all in one day, and since it needed to be done and i have insurance, I did it. I also needed to return for 3 fillings, so I made the appointment to return. When I came in for the follow up appt...I was met with a $2200 bill and was told that they don't take Delta Dental, it's out of network. It was like getting kicked in the gut!! I was NEVER told by anyone along the way that I was out of network. I sent a letter to the office with no response asking to reduce the bill as its not completely my fault that this happened, with NO response. I've tried to talk to the office manager who keeps saying that they train their front desk to tell everyone that delta dental is out of network. She is not willing to help me out at all THEY NEVER ONCE told me I was out of network. I would have declined service and found a dentist who is IN network. I am only asking to lower the bill but they will NOT help me out at all!!! Hoping this review saves someone else from a huge bill.

Dr. Marshall is the only dentist I have ever been to that I feel comfortable with. She is easy to talk to and does not make you feel bad or put you in a situation where you feel uncomfortable. She just wants to help you to have a healthy smile that you can be proud of. My husband has also seen Dr. Ortega and she is very articulate, calm, and makes you feel very comfortable.
