We have been seeing Dr. Miller for 2+ years now and couldn't be happier. I have had to have a good bit of work done because I am 74 and things are wearing out teeth wise. Dr. Miller has always been very good at explaining what is needed, the alternatives, the appropriate time schedule for the work, the cost, and how to maximize utilization of my dental insurance. He is quick at his work so you don't end up with fingers in your mouth any longer than necessary. His staff is always pleasant to deal with and thorough in their work. Cleanings are a breeze. He seems to have the latest scanners and other technology so you don't have to make so many of those gooey impressions. My last dentist suggested I have all my silver fillings removed and the white was put in. BIG MISTAKE. I thought it would be better too, but they weren't done right and there was "leaking" and decay happening under the fillings I just had put in 2 years ago. Doc Weatherill, spotted it, fixed it, and saved me from having to have a root canal. The gel they use to numb your injection site, worked great. I felt NO PAIN, getting my mouth numb. He lets you know what he is doing, step by step. No surprises. He even has a piece of hard foam, to rest your teeth on, so you don't have to hold your mouth open during the entire procedure. I don't know about you, but I would always leave with an aching jaw, from having to keep my mouth wide open. NOT HERE. They go to great lengths to make you comfortable. A tv , so you don't just stare at the ceiling, and they hand you the remote. Headphones, so you don't have to listen to the drill. Pillows and blankets if you choose. I asked for a foot rub, I guess they have their limits. LOL He and his staff are so gentle, and friendly. They all go to dental conventions on a regular basis, to keep up with the latest technique. Doc Weatherill is so knowledgeable and humble. Even if someone has done poor work, he can fix it and make it right. Kayla, the assistant, did a great job of my temporaries. In the past, my temporaries came off, or weren't seated correctly, and it hurt to bite down, making me go back for another visit to fix it. Not with her. She did her job right the first time. Great Job Kayla! Tawnie is super. My husband had to leave a message, after hours, about pain he was having. Tawnie called us, to let us know what we could do to get some relief. She was spot on. She even called, with a follow up call, to ensure he was doing okay. You're the best Tawnie. Cathy, the dental hygienist, is thorough, and informative. I used to have bleeding in my gums, but since she teaches me how to clean my teeth, my mouth is much healthier. I no longer dread my cleanings. She will make sure you have a good experience. Michelle, the receptionist, is on top of things. She will do a preauthorization, so there will be NO surprises out of pocket. She makes every effort to give you the date and time you need.
