I'm honestly completely devastated, to the point of extreme depression. As if times aren't hard or bad enough as it is, especially after losing family members. This was by far the worst thing that could happen. Literally 20 years and plus of unrecoverable or irreplaceable items lost. I will forever lastingly be affected by this for as long as I live, it is truly like losing all family members in 2020 and reopening the wounds from members prior to this. I officially have no more memorabilia of said past family members. I just wish that there was a way to possibly retrieve the all personal items, from the auction buyers. So you aren't at a complete lost. I seriously may need therapy for this,  being since it has made my anxiety and depression even worse than before, even after the virus started. There really should be a law that you can at least get that kind personal things back, especially since the buyers will technically have or get no value for it. The day of the move, the team showed up early and went right to work. These guys worked all day and were extremely polite. Early in the day they knew the job would not be completed that day. They came back on a Saturday with amazing attitudes, ready to go. The only thing that was broken was our fault. The guts were careful every step of the way. Great value, great service. I highly recommend them for your move.

Do not waste your time or money on this irresponsible, dishonest thief…read more I hired Anthony and 2 of his moving crew to move my disabled mother out of 1 single room in an assisted living facility in Castleton (after picking up 7 boxes, a mini fridge, and a microwave from my home in Southport 1st), and in to a new apartment in Fishers with her sister. 1) they didn't bring a dolly, restraining straps for items in the truck, or the wardrobe boxes we requested and they said the would bring. 2) because they didn't bring restraining straps, the top half of my moms China cabinet fell over and broke the glass shelves that they didn't even bother to take out and wrap (with the overpriced and unused wrapping material they still charged her for), and tried to tell me it was because China cabinet glass shelves are usually glued in (which I've never seen done in any kind of display cabinetry).  Anthony told me he would replace the shelves because he knew someone who could cut custom glass, and contact me either Tuesday the 2nd or Wednesday the 3rd with the details/update. 3) they literally took twice as long to move my mom's single room at the facility (4 hours), than the 2 man team from All Star Movers did for my Aunt's entire old apartment (2 hours). It actually ended up cheaper moving my Aunt's entire apartment ($575) from Muncie to Fishers, than to move my mom's single room ($620) from Castleton to Fishers. 4) in addition to breaking the China cabinet shelves, they also did something to my mom's medically necessary electric lift chair that helps her stand up (either dropped it, or jammed it through a doorway) that now causes it to pop and drop whenever she tries to use it to stand up. I have witnesses from the assisted living facility staff that her chair was in perfect working order earlier in the day before it was moved. (In fact it worked right before they moved it because she had to use it to transfer to her wheelchair!) We discovered this around 8pm that Monday night when she tried to use it to stand to get in the wheelchair and go to the bathroom. I immediately took a video and text it to him with the following 2 messages: "Uh... your guys did something to the recliner too" and "It didn't pop like that when she put it down before". The only message I got back from him about it was at 11:44 the next day, and I quote "I'm not sure how that's possible..for my guys to do that..can u turn it on its side and see if some is jammed in between it..please" to which I replied "I did right after I took that video. Nothing stood out as an obvious cause." That was the last contact I had with him. When I tried to text or call him on Monday November 8th to get an update, I found out that he had the audacity to block my number. "Free Msg: Receiver 3179751805 unable to receive message - Message Blocking is active." I am now looking at what we need to do to take him to small claims court. This is completely unacceptable. Especially since its against a disabled elder who only gets less than $800/month from SSI. Shame on you Anthony.  May you reap what you have sown.
