I called my insurance company and was referred to Auto Glass professionals. Jason my technician was pleasant, on time, highly skilled and had a great work ethic and a great personality. He is definitely a people person and is perfect for this job. He replaced my windshield and explained to me to not drive my car for at least 45 mins. And the warranty and about car washes. Well feb 20th some road debris struck my windshield again and caused damage. I called my insurance company and they set up a claim. I was contacted by Auto glass professionals in 30 minutes of my claim and a text was here to replace it the next day. Thats service at its finest. And my technician was once again Jason. This technician has all the skills needed to perform his job and more. He should be 1 of the highest paid technicians in this company. You guys have a customer for life.

So i didn't want to go there anymore.. toyota said, "lemetrys is very good." I called and was told appointments were a month out and waited for an appointment. September 2023. My family went to an appointment and got the estimate, and Matt sent an estimate off to the insurance. My insurance didn't answer, so I pushed my insurance, and they responded to Matt approving it. I heard nothing from Matt. I called to follow up. The lady told me that Matt would get back to me. Nothing. Then, I waited a month ...forgot about it... called back, trying to see what the heck.. 2 months later. No answer, no response from Matt. I was told that they would call... Waited again.. I had to chase the guy down and told the girl that answered the phone that it was ridiculous. Matt finally called me back and had mentioned via telephone that he'll go ahead with it and emailed me, out of no where he told me in email that he talked to the manager (attached) and basiclly not worth the fix. I was so upset that I called to speak to Matts manager. The manager stated that Matt probably thought it'll be better to put money in my pockets.I dont want the money. That's why it's a claim. He also mentioned that Matt's done it before upsetting customers. By not understanding, I'm assuming? I said if my repairs are not meeting dollar amount in minmum, they should have told me months ago and not say yes then say no to me 3 months later. He told me that it wasn't because the repair was "too little." He said they would fix it and order the part, and he would personally call me when part gets in.

So far it has been in the shop for a week to receive a "blueprint" for repair. We were told it will be likely another week to wait for additional insurance ok for additional cost. Also told painting is backed up and that may add time. So far we are over $2,000. I will update on how long this takes. Reminder this is a broken tail light at under 1 mph.

I called Harmon and they took down the details to get the right non-original replacement. It would cost me about $30. When I showed up, I found out the replacement never got ordered. So I made another appointment a few days out, and this time, the replacement turned out to be a mismatch. One of the staff came up with a great idea to solve the situation - they would carve out the mirror since an exact replacement could not be found. It would cost me $50. Went back a third time, got the work done in under 30 minutes, and now, I keep admiring the shiny new mirror when I'm driving.

Larry was handling my claim and he checked in with me twice a week just to let me know what was going on. He made it clear any question I had, no matter what it was, he was right there to answer it. He answered the phone every time I called, with the exception of one time and he called me back within 10 minutes. He was honest and genuine and made me feel like he had me and my vehicle at the top of his priority list. When my vehicle was fixed, I went to pick it up and he came out to meet me to point everything out. There were several things not involved in my claim that he pointed out and told me he tried to fix them but couldn't within the scope of the job. He gave me advice on how best to get them fixed and who to call and told me to let him know what they said. When I got in my car and was going to drive away, I noticed when I turned the heater on, it made a really weird whistling noise. I called him and said do you know what this could be? He said hang on, I'll be right out let's go for a drive. He came out and drove around with me, turning things on and off and said I don't know what that could be but go to your dealer and have them check it out then call me and let me know. It turns out that it was just probably cold because the noise went away, but the fact that he went above and beyond the call of duty was really impressive. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received and highly recommend them.

They are amazing professionals who know what they are doing. One of our repairs was to repair vandalism that resulted in damage to the front roof pillar. They took the time to repair the damage and maintain the structural integrity, and when they painted it they blended it seamlessly. When another vehicle had damage to the liftgate, their work was just as stellar. Being in a particularly brutal part of the car for Minnesota conditions, there was an issue with the repair. I walked in, chatted with their Estimator and showed him the problem. Will was wonderful to deal with, and to my utter surprise they performed warranty work without any hassles. The result was like new, the workmanship was fantastic and I couldn't be happier. I wholeheartedly recommend Latuff Brothers for auto body repairs.
