He was responsive from quote to completion and his service fee is very reasonable with a high value. His inspection report was thorough and easy to understand and he answered all of my questions that I had on the report on a follow-up call. Don't be discouraged that he doesn't provide sewer camera services. It's best to use a third party plumber because if there is an issue found by a home inspector, you'll have to double pay for a plumber inspection anyway and the plumber will be able to give you an instant quote for repairs. That's what I did and I worked out fine.

When Eric answered he was patient with all my millions of questions and even when I repeated them again for further clarification he didn't get frustrated with me, he stayed on the phone with me until he answered all my questions. The day of inspection he arrived early, he already began working as I watched him from a distance, I made my way towards him and he was polite and he accommodating to answer more questions my husband had. He never once seemed bothers about us being there for the inspection with our kids, however, we did give him space to work, and he even called us over to show us a few things since this was my husbands and I first home and he wanted to ensure we knew how certain things worked. He didn't rush through the inspection, he took his time and genuinely took notice to every detail. When the inspection was over he called my family over and he walked us through his findings as he walked us through the home and pointed the issues out. When we had additional questions he actually took the time to make sure we fully understood the issues and what that meant for my husband and I, and he even alerted us to items we could fix on our own. He notified us that all of these issues and more will be mentioned in his inspection report that he will email us. It felt like the very next day we received the report, I was blown away by his efficiency and the detailed report with pictures and arrows and an Itemized narration of the specific issues in question. He even called to ensure I received this email and to check if we had any questions or concerns. His attention to detail was amazing, and his patients to my husband and I being first time home buyer he was extremely accommodating. I can't express how shocked I am with these reviews. You know someone's character by speaking with someone and being in their presence and sometimes by their picture, there is nothing that rubbed me the wrong way with Eric. He takes pride in his business I can't imagine him overlooking or not wanting to go above and beyond for any issue. To make the quoting easy, just make sure you have the square footage information of the home you like inspected. Not sure how large your home is? Use a website like Zillow to get that info so you have an accurate inspection price. He was on time and immediately got to work inspecting the house thoroughly, very transparent about everything he was going to do during the inspection, and was very good at explaining things in Laymans terms so you understand any concerns or repairs that need to be done. The whole inspection took about 60-90 minutes and we got a through feedback report with a ton of photos within 24 hours. The report was organized to conveniently navigate straight to problematic areas that need to be addressed right away, so we now have a priority list of what needs to be done on the house now versus can wait.
