Very clean and tidy rooms. She explained the spray tan machine thoroughly, and patiently answered all of my questions. It was a great experience. I got the spray tan, which took about 10 minutes, and finished up in the stand up tanning unit across the hall. Beautiful results. It wasn't like other blowouts where you find a look in their magazine to mimic but she was open to any photos I had! I also got full makeup for my engagement photos! I knew I wanted a natural look but she had me find a photo online for inspiration so she knew exactly what to do. She did a wonderful job!!! It was drug-store makeup but turned out great and she made sure to use the correct shades for my skin. She gave me fake lashes too. She even touched up my blow out at the end to make sure it was fresh. She made sure I knew to tell her if I didn't like something. I was coming into a bit of a time crunch at the end and told her and she did everything she could to get me finished quick but still not skimp on anything. Would definitely go back!

I have very fair and sensitive skin so that was perfect. As far as the salon, Nice tanning salon pretty spacious, good and clean beds. Reminds me a lot of beach bum in NY. The pricing is fair, and they have a variety of tanning lotions. What really sold me was the customer service. Christine was an absolute doll, friendly and very knowledgeable. She gave me a tour of the salon and she taught me a lot of things about indoor tanning I didn't know about. Which was very impressive.

I waited 15 mins for her to put the spray machine together after they had already been open for 30 minutes then asked for medium Catalina with double legs and PH balance and she couldn't do it I waited another 5-10 minutes for her to tell me she didn't know how to use my ledger balance for my tanning service. She also had to look up the codes on the desk to figure out how to operate the beds. After said and done I never got to tan that day and she had the nerve to ask me if she could help the person that came in at least 5 minutes after me. Rude and uncalled for will never go back and now I never got to use my membership and I'm having a hard time getting my money back for a service I was never able to receive. DONT GO HERE!!!

I called Kari to schedule an appt for the next day. She responded almost immediately (7am!). She came out the next day and gave me the perfect tan...and reminded me of all the steps to take to make it last as long as possible.
