We decided to try just the laser tag ($9 a person) and if we wanted to do more activities we would. The laser tag area was smaller, aimed more for children. I would definitely say this place would be more fun for families than teens or adults. We did try out the arcade after and we had more fun there. I wouldn't mind coming back, but it would only be for the arcade or the VR Omni arena. We didn't get to try that because it was not working at the time. We also tried the snack bar (hot dogs and nachos not pictured) those attendants were very nice and the prices were cheap! Around 13 dollars for nachos and a hot dog.

We were presented with a young man who had an AirPod in so he didn't hear the addition of a pepperoni pizza which we noticed after he closed us out. Drink machine had ZERO ice which the same server had to do by himself. We had 2 orders of sweet potato fries and they came out cold. When asked to make new ones the they only picked up one plate instead of both so we had to wait even longer. The sides are $6! As for the games unfortunately we didn't have time for bowling, but we enjoyed the arcade. There is a $2 card activation so keep that card to pass on lol. There is a bunch of VR games but I would not put the goggles on. Feels like a sty waiting to happen. I would go back for the daily special days.

They run tons of specials so it's pretty affordable as far as places of this nature goes. You can find great ticket gifts and easily get a lot of tickets. We've done the maze, golf, laser tag and bumper cars. All are great but people rarely do bumper cars so there's not a lot of people to do it with. Games are always running well and the place is very well kept up with.

After the excitement of the LSU game(and unfortunate loss) , this was the perfect way to wind down and still keep the energy high. The setup is not your average mini-golf course , each tee is themed after a different part of New Orleans, and you actually get to learn pieces of the city's rich history as you play through all 18 holes. It's such a cool blend of fun and culture--where else can you work on your putting game while learning about the traditions, neighborhoods, and landmarks that make New Orleans so unique? The course is well kept, creative, and just the right mix of challenging and lighthearted. Whether it's for a casual date, a family night out with the kids, or even a group of friends looking for something different, City Park Putt Putt checks all the boxes. It's the perfect mix of charm, history, and good old-fashioned fun. I Highly recommend

Amazing staff. Reason for 3 stars : We went at night and it was insanely DARK, like we used our phones to see where the ball went. Could have used more lighting. We also went the day after it rained and 40 percent of the holes were not draining and were filled with old rain water... gross!!! Drainage could use a little help. In all we would give this place a try in the day time of a cool autumn season. It is also located in city park so this is a good location for families to walk and explore the museums and cafe.

We decided to come here today, Sunday for the kids after it just briefly rained. A couple of my co workers and their children joined. As soon as we walked in here we were hit with a bit of heat because the ac seemed to not be operating. In addition a couple of the employees were walking with make shift fans. We decided on one of the packages they offered for around 30$ dollars. Of our choosing this included mini golf,go karts, and a $10 game card. We weren't told how the mini golf here worked and had to walk around and figure it out. Again it had just rained so not holding it against them but we choose not to play in particular areas due to the puddles of rain. Digging golf balls from the holes filled with water isn't fun or the cleanliest. The fountain outside wasn't working and didn't appear to be working for some time. It got a bit hot so we went inside to deal with hot ac.. Our kids rode on one game for "8.0" credits and immediately it said "insufficient funds." We went back up to the counter and she had to adjust both of our cards. After our cards had been adjusted they participated in maybe 5-6 games and the cards were empty. Most of the games weren't working so the kids could play together. I asked if all of the games were 8.0 credits she stated it was mixed throughout the arcade. Most of those games are 8.0 credits and the cards went fast. Yet, they want you to continue to put money on these cards for games that are working. The pizza is decent here no complaints. Our other party had arrived and was turned away due to open toed shoes policy. However we weren't told anything for our kids that were wearing opened toed. She went home anyways to change shoes. She also had the same issue with the cards not being loaded properly. It was time to ride the go karts. We make our way over and we see that only 1 family Kart was working and about 3-4 singles riders. We of course had to ride with 3 of our kids and we had to go one at a time due to this which took away the fun and enjoyment out of it. They also seemed to be hosting a birthday and weren't able to accommodate those riders either. The go karts starting stopping in the middle of the rides. We had only rode 1 time due to the large party and were turned away the second time because the karts were down now. Make our way over to the kids karts for 1 kids kart to be working!!! Oh and we had to pay for the kids go kart package for them to only have 1! Kart working. The train wasn't working apparently and the batting cages weren't either. The prizes are trash and you don't get many tickets from the arcade. The money we spent here today would've been a fortune at Chuck E. Cheese, were we will be going moving forward. I don't understand why this place is open this experience wasn't enjoyable for the kids and they all agreed to never come back and they are under the ages of 8. I would like to be contacted for a refund not only for myself but for the other 2 moms in company.

However, a noticeable number of machines were either broken or had issues - especially with dispensing e-tickets to my card, which was frustrating after playing. That kind of takes away from the experience. It also wasn't easy to get help. Staff seemed hard to approach, and when issues came up, there wasn't much that could be done in the moment. Overall, it's a mixed experience. There's a lot here, but the execution isn't quite there. It may or may not be worth it depending on your expectations - and honestly, the overall rating seems pretty reflective of that.
