Rating should be a negative number. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering a seat cover for my Ford F250 bench seat. I received the cover set within a week of ordering and was already disappointed with what felt like a box of air even before opening it to find that the back panel of the seat back cover was some paper-thin material. I went ahead and tried to install the seat back part of the cover set, only to find that I could not get it on even halfway. I struggled with it a bit and finally quit trying when it started to rip. I contacted Saddleman by email and they offered to send a replacement seat back cover, but I expressed my displeasure with their product and asked for a return authorization and full refund. They have not offered to do so yet. The email conversation seems to be a bit of "stonewalling" and has further reinforced my already low opinion of the company. I sent another email yesterday, again asking for a return and refund. Next step, if they still decline a return and refund will be to take it up with my charge card company. The good: Nice material The not so good: 2012 F-250 XLT, with driver's power seat. The seat cover does not allow for the seat controls, NOR does it have any provision for the side air bags, AND you lose access to the seat back storage pockets. Overall poor fit, with minimal adjustments (maybe if you have tiny hands, and long arms), to make the covers fit snugly. IF they were one/third of the price, they might be worth it, but you pay a premium price, for a budget item. read more

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering, odd that every one of the reviews on their site is a 4 or 5 star... seems like they may be censoring their customers, anyway here was my experience: I'll just start off by saying these things suck, and I am stuck with over $500 worth of seat covers I would be embarrassed to have in my truck. 1. The front seat back covers are so tight they squeeze the side supports in towards the middle of the seat, creating essentially a HUGE ill placed lumbar support that is very uncomfortable. 2. The front seat back covers don't have any cut outs for the pockets on the back of the front seats, so I lost access to them. 3. While trying to install the rear driver side seat bottom cover the stitching from the interior strap just came off. 4. While installing the rear driver side seat back cover, I was unable to get the hole for the seat back release button and the hole that clips into the retention clip to line up. So I could either not clip my seat back, or I could not release the seat to come forward. 5. Upon installing the fairly loose fitting rear center arm rest cover, I noticed that the velcro piece that covers the slide out cup holders wasn't even sewn all the way, 2-3 inches of velcro was just hanging free and unsewn. (This should have easily been caught in the QA process that took 3 days) 6. The "ballistic" material feels cheap and is extremely slippery, not at all what I expected. I thought it was going to be like a ballistic Cordura type material. 7. The "Neoprene" used in all the skirting is the most disappointing, it is very thin, with a black backing that looks very cheap. the backing looks like that type of material that is going to dry out and start flaking off leaving little black flecks all over the vehicle. I did contact the support team and my only option was to send in the covers and they would "fix" them, and I was told they do not qualify for a return. I am not sure how they plan on fixing the poor quality issues. In my mind these are not worth the steep price tag. Hopefully this helps someone else before they waste their money. read more

Please let me start off by saying these seat covers absolutely suck. I would give zero stars if it would allow me to. Do not order from this company!!! Inferior quality, poor fit. I ordered the seat covers because their webpage had four and five stars. I tried to submit a negative review on their webpage and the moderator/Patrick would not let it post. A picture of that is also attached. When I received the seat covers, the color was not what I ordered. They were of inferior quality, very thin, and did not fit properly. You can see the photos I've attached. I called and spoke with Patrick at Saddleman to let him know the seat covers fit very poorly. He asked that I have them taken off and send them back for corrections. Please note I had the seat covers professionally installed. When I spoke with the technician who installed them, he said if he tried to take them off, they would tear apart at the seams because they are so thin and poorly made. Saddleman's return policy is the seat covers have to be in brand new condition to get a refund. So, to make a long story short I am stuck with $543.98 worth of seat covers. Buyer beware. I think generic seat covers from Walmart would have fit better and been a better buy. I would never recommend this product to anyone. I placed an order for Saddleman saddle blanket seat covers. They are not cheap. Nearly a week after placing the order I receive an email telling me that someone from the company would be contacting me to confirm the vehicle and seat style. I then dig through their sight and found, in the small print, that it was taking them up to six weeks to deliver the product. After waiting a couple of days for them to contact me, I reached out to them. The order was actually delivered in just over two weeks which is not bad for a custom made item. The reason for the two star review is the fitment quality. It's poor. The covers seem to be well made and the saddle blanket material is thick, but they fit the seat poorly. When paying well over $400 dollars for "custom" made to fit seat covers I expected better. The opening around the seatbelt does not fit closely, the pocket the is supposed to cover the seats seatbelt mount does not fit and the cover bunches in areas around the edge of the seat. They asked my to allow them to fix them so I agreed.. They came back exactly the same and after many emails they said that because it was beyond the 30 day return window I couldn't return them. I ordered custom seatcovers for my 2018 Chevy Tahoe. I ordered the True Timber Kanati camo pattern for the front and second row seats. The installation is a little tricky but doable. The second row seatcovers had quite a bit of black material on the sides and back that I did not like. I contacted the company and explained I ordered camo so it would hide dirt and dog hair. The company took the seatcovers back and replaced the black material with the camo pattern I wanted. I could not be happier. The covers fit great and look great in my vehicle. Had some difficulty on my last order with one piece not fitting correctly, which resulted in a little disagreement on the repair process. Worst buying experience ever. Placed my order, seat covers arrived with a dime sized red stain in them, and did not fit my truck. I contacted them immediately and requested a return authorization and refund as the covers didn't fit and came with a stain. The company has been giving me a run around for 3 weeks, stating they will not return the covers because of the stain they came with. The first set I received was too small and there were tears in the seams. Also the center seat/console cover was of a different cheaper material (not the saddle blanket). I called customer service and they said they would fix the problems. A few weeks later I received new center seat/console cover mafe from the saddle blanket material but not the driver and passenger covers. I contacted them again and they sent me a return label to send the old covers back. After a couple months I received the new passenger and driver covers. They fit this time but again there were two places where the seams were coming apart. I contacted them again and asked for a refund as I was not impressed with the quality. They said I was past 30 days so I couldn't get a refund. They said they would send out replacement covers. A couple months later I hadn't heard from them so I called again to find out what was going on. I was told the replacements had shipped and should arrive soon. When I told the rep I wasn't impressed with saddleman because of the issues I've had he actually told me i should keep those opinions to myself. When I finally received the new covers they did include new center covers but again they were of the cheaper material. But I still had the 2nd set of center covers they had sent before. Unfortunately the color was slightly different and the console piece was too short. They told me if I paid to send it back they would lengthen it. I decided to just live with what I had since I didn't want to invest any more money or time. Besides, for all I know the replacement could be yet another color. Saddleman used to be my go to seat covers. But based on this experience I will never deal with them again. read more

I have ordered a set of custom Saddleman seatcovers for my RAM 2500 through an online autaparts dealer. Out of the box they looked great except for 2 headrests that had some really crooked stitching and a hole. They sent replacements a week later. The real problem came out when I started installing the covers. Missing straps and hooks, more holes and most importantly the front seat covers are at least 3" short on materials. So I got me some expensive covers that do everything but covering my seats. Also the front center seat covers opening for cupholders way off... makes them unusable. And the console cover is so small it is ridiculous. Their costumer service was pretty responsive until I started sending videos of my issues then they all the sudden disappeared. Unfortunately they have the online store on their side as well so I am out of $300 and stuck with some (sad to say) American made JUNK. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Saddleman. read more

Straps that should have been attached to hold the seat covers on just laying in the bottom of the bag. Threads hanging off of everything! even some seams coming apart. They did not fit correctly and when I tried to return them they informed me that there is a 25% restocking fee. I waited 10 days for them to email a return authorization. Customer Service is TERRIBLE!! I placed an order and called to confirm the order on December 17th and was told that it would be delivered by Christmas. I called a few days before Christmas and was told that the seat cover was still in production and would be shipped that night or the next day and I would receive it the day of Christmas or the day after. Well, now it's the 29th and still no package. I just called and they stated that it was still in production and will be shipped tonight or tomorrow (same story as last week). I ordered seat covers directly from Saddleman and have been nothing but disappointed. I even called in to make sure I got the correct product. Six weeks later (yes 6 weeks) I received seat covers that do not fit and are only held in place by some cheap velcro that does not stick to the seats. No straps, nothing. I called and discussed my options but they refused to take them back. They offered for me to return them for repair at my expense. Your can't fix this level of incompetence. They even emailed me and told me I was committing credit card fraud because I was contesting the charges with my credit card company. I am highly disappointed in the seat covers I purchased directly from Saddleman. I have used Saddleman saddle blanket covers in the past but these new ones are definitely not the quality I was expertly for the money I paid. I am not pleased that these covers ARE NOT saddle blanket covers, they are mostly neoprene. There are only 2 buckle straps and 2 weak elastic straps. The covers do not stay in place, they slip when passengers move around on them. I called and spoke with Patrick, the person I originally ordered from, he said that he would send me an email authorizing me to return them for some modifications. He said they would add more straps. Two weeks later, I had not received the email, so I had to call again. This time I got the authorization within a few minutes. I packed my covers up and mailed them back, at my own expense. I labeled my covers with the places I wanted them to add maybe 3 more straps, with stronger elastic and a piece of vinyl where my pocket knife was pulling threads out of the seat. I also asked them to do the cutouts for the recliner levers and for the lumbar adjustment knob, THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. Their pattern maker needs to go back to school to learn how to make them. When I finally got my covers back, all I could tell that they did was add 1 more elastic strap, none of the things that I asked for. I for one will never waste my hard earned money for this quality of product and I will never reccomend them to any of my friends. I call about getting a refund and am told no because they are custom made. Seems like one Guy is running everything which can't be good. Order seat covers for our 21 Honda in May. Saddleman took my money which was ok at the time. 3 weeks go by and I contact them by email and their reply is they will ship in July. I asked why you took my money and I have no product? No Answer. I receive my seat covers in late July and they are no where near the fit of the Honda seats. Contacted again and they said there is only one pattern for the seats so they have to fit. I inquired about a refund and was told that their was a 25% restocking fee plus shipping. Tried fitting again following some instructions from Saddleman. No luck in the Honda but we just for grins tried on our 13 Prius, fit like a glove. Emailed Saddleman that they our Prius with NO response to this day. The quality is marginal the customer service is poor. The price for what they sloppily put together its high. Seams are not finished and will come out like opening a bag of dog food. strapps are barley attached and will come off with the slightest pull. I had to resew 4 of the strapps while putting them in. Quality control is a joke here they did not even check to make sure the correct pieces were in the order and that it was properly put together. I had to get the headrest replaced and one portion of the back seat replaced. headrests were the wrong color and the seat back portion had the straps sewn on wrong. instead of trying to fix the issue I was met with Pat and another representative trying to tell me to use a coat hanger to pull the straps up instead. bases on how the truck is built that was not a viable option. do yourself a favor and buy from a better company. will also mention the fit isn't all that great either , I'd call it ok at best. read more
