She kept on going until my wife can't take the scolding anymore (which was not their fault because they were told 3x that their fam doctor was her). That doctor was so rude to them that after my wife's visit she can't barely speak and her blood pressure went to the roof. He was patient and did not rush us, and took time to follow through to ensure we received the correct diagnosis and care. I work in health care myself and found him to be wonderfully thorough- he cared about finding the information, explaining it well, and delivering accurate and informed care. His staff was also friendly. I would most certainly have him as a family physician based on this experience.

Claim ends up thru WCB, after literally months of back and forth trying to get them to simply give the file to WCB I find out that in my file he had written down the wrong knee having issues! Apparently they can't accept email, everything has to be by fax?! They said they never got faxes, never got letters, even after I could confirm that they did. Go get the MRI, I call them a week later to ask if they got it... they tell me no, but the doctor will call me right after they get it... the next day WCB calls they got it on the Friday before and have already had a doctor write a report. I give Excel 3 more days, I call and they lie to me saying they only got the MRI yesterday! Doctor still hasn't called. It's not just a single doctor, it seems they have their front staff lying to clients and very hard to work with. I emailed them asking if they would take a complaint before I posted this.... they haven't bother to respond.

Then I'm taken back to one of the patients' rooms and have to wait another 30 minutes before the dr. comes in. After explaining my issue and history with back problems, and how I've never had any sort of scan performed to get a deeper understanding of what might be the cause, I'm told to take muscle relaxants, watch physio videos on YouTube, and wait to see what happens. Wow, I should've been a doctor... Even after confirming my name when he walked in, the dr mistakenly pulls up another patient's information on his computer and is glancing at that throughout the visit, mentioning how I've been on another medication previously for pain (which is not correct because he's not looking at my file). All this is realized as I'm walking to the pharmacy afterwards however, as I was ultimately handed a prescription with someone else's name and insurance info on it. So, I've just been told about another patient's personal medical history with pain meds and have the ability to use his name and insurance to get a prescription... By this point the dr had already began assisting another patient, so I'm told by staff to wait AGAIN until he's finished so the prescription can be corrected!! Brilliant. Decided I had enough of my time wasted and walked out. Stunned by the mismanagement and inefficiency of this clinic.

The college of physicians is also where you can make complaints regarding DOCTOR's behaviour. When I indicated my neck injury gave me chronic headaches that I dealt with for years and were now increasing..... his response was that an MRI would tell me nothing ....an x-ray would tell me nothing ....I "probably" just had arthritis and I likely wouldn't be doing anything about it so why bother with any of it????? I'm 50 .... Not 20, health concerns may very well have been a concern but I would never know given the hostile tone and condescending conversation. First off if we don't know what the problem is ....how can he diagnose or surmise I would do nothing about the issue? As he indicated!!! BEWARE of this clinic and this mans unprofessional conduct. This kind of medical negligence could lead to malpractice and terminal conditions that might otherwise have been preventable.

I have had appointments book at their offices and sat in completely full waiting rooms with 20 plus walk in patients and left without being seen after waiting 3 hours. I would avoid them if you can.
