They are very communicative, kind, and go out of their way to help. I was still wrapping up a huge pending dispute with my former PM company, and the management team at mid south offered to drive out on a weekend and take photos themselves of the property. That is unheard of! How much did I pay for this? Nada. In addition- I would say I am very familiar with what determines a good PM company. I work in real estate for a living and my company also manages properties both in CA and out of state markets. Additionally, my husband and I have multiple properties and have been working with PM companies for the past 8 years. I know what I'm talking about when I say I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly. I almost sold my beautiful investment home in Cordova out of fear I couldn't recover from my previous TERRIBLE property management company, and I'm so thankful that MidSouth came in and saved the day. Chris Peak and his entire team are wonderful. I HIGHLY recommend this honest, fantastic company.

She took great care in helping me find the right home, and she connected me with all the right people to make the buying process as seamless as possible. The house I bought needed some work, and Kelly made sure everything was taken care of appropriately which put my mind at ease, especially being so far away physically. She is very prompt in replying to texts, emails, and voice messages. She's warm, friendly, and welcoming, but she knows the business side of things as well, so she gets things done. I highly recommend her.

I am a current tenant who has been without hot water since October 7, 2026. Despite repeated emails, maintenance requests, an in-person office visit, and even contacting a company executive, CrestCore has failed to provide a substantive response or a confirmed repair date. On October 9, a maintenance work order was marked "complete" despite the problem remaining unresolved. But here's the most outrageous part: Today, on October 13, I learned from my neighbor via text, not CrestCore, that my water heater reportedly needs to be replaced. Apparently, the contractor needs a quote and management approval before proceeding. Yet CrestCore hasn't communicated any of this directly to me. How does a property-management company leave a paying tenant without hot water for nearly a week and fail to provide even the most basic information about the repair? I've now filed complaints with Memphis 311, Housing Code Enforcement, and the Better Business Bureau simply to pursue accountability. Equipment failures happen. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of meaningful communication surrounding an essential household service. To prospective tenants: Imagine dealing with this when something goes wrong in your home. To property owners: Is the owner of my rental property even aware that their tenant has been without hot water for nearly a week? Are they aware that I've filed a formal complaint with Memphis 311 and contacted Housing Code Enforcement because CrestCore has failed to resolve the situation? Or is the property owner just as uninformed about what's happening as I am? As of October 13, I still have no hot water, no confirmed restoration date, and no substantive explanation from CrestCore.

Instead of a simple phone call to walk through the payment solution, Eric Dover and Wright Property Management chose to turn the matter over to collections and attorneys within three months, adding hundreds of dollars in fees and filing a lien. Not every 84-year-old homeowner is comfortable navigating digital platforms, automated systems, or online portals. When communication finally occurred, the only "solutions" offered were digital portals and online systems -- despite the fact that the banking fraud itself disrupted the automated payment process in the first place. Dover was rude, curt and uncaring. The HOA dues themselves were paid immediately once the issue was discovered. The most disappointing part was the complete lack of compassion, accountability, and human judgment before escalating legal action against a homeowner with a long history of on-time payments. This experience felt heavily automated, unnecessarily aggressive, and frankly egregious. People working directly with homeowners, especially elderly residents, should understand how to communicate with human beings, not just process them through systems.
